Was the footprint of this kitchen expanded to realize this design?

I'm an Aidan Design fan with a very small kitchen. Have fantasized pushing out back wall to gain design and storage advantages and wondered if the price range for this job included enlarging original footprint. Thank you!

    Thank you so much and we apologize for the delay in our reply! The eat in space by the fireplace and kitchen shown here was part of the original footprint. No addition to the back of the house was added. There was originally a framed wall dividing the two spaces, which was eliminated to achieve one continuous space show in this image!
