Paneled wall behind guest bed
Vessels might look good with chandelier. Use if different room to carry the "look" throughout the condo. As long as the vessels are non tarnishing. The chandelier is a combination of silver & pewter which we were told would not change color. We’ll see !
An example of floor tile being used on shower walls. Your lighter Alpine tile would look better, I think that darker Havana tile. The shower floor would need smaller coordinating tiles. More grout equals less slippery. We’ll have to make a decision about flooring first but this is a clean look & probably easier to keep clean than smaller tile!
Another mirror treatment. We'd need to move your sinks farther away from the wall (and I think that's a good idea regardless of the mirror we decide to use). I'm not sure I'd recommend the center sconce, but two side sconces are nice. You'll have recessed lights over vanity too. I like this as long as it doesn’t change storage space too much. No more room for larger drawers between sinks.
Wall to wall LED side lighted mirror.
An example of white pulls on white cabinets.
Another pretty door/drawer combo.
The reverse of the previous door/drawer combo.
Nice lower portion door/ drawer combo. Could do pull out shelves.behind doors. Wouldn't need to recess center portion. However, doing so does add interest.
Could mirror the entire wall with push access medicine cabinets.
Treatment around mirror with crown same as vanity.
Could be color other than gray, but I really ike the way lights, cabinet base/stools and countertops work together. Subtle and beautiful.
I like recessed base because it makes the floor space appear larger.
Wish I could see inside of the drawers and how all fits around plumbing. Looks like good storage. I'll try and find these inerts.
We could think about including the coffee center in the beverage/wine area. Depends on how you see yourselves using the counter above beverage center on left side of fridge.
Not sure if necessary, or if we have enough space.Just a smart storage.
Clever.
Nice door storage door racks.
good looking bunk ladder that doesn't just too far out into the room. Nice detail on sides for fingers to hold onto.
square recessed lights are a great look.
Pretty shaped headboard that could be integrated into storage bed base. Bedside chests are nicely designed too.
Idea for guest room. Paneled white wall behind bed with whte bedside chest/nataural headboard. Hanging light over chests.
An idea for the guest room if you'd like shelves. Recessed reading lights over bed.
Small vanity with drawers and banjo countertop over the toilet. Floating vanity gives the allusion of more floor space.
I like the detail on the wall between the toilet and shower. Not sure we can use it. I just like it!
More traditional style LED mirror.
The guest bath vanity is small. A banjo counter would allow for more counter space. With lower backed toilet tank access is easy.
Backlit LED mirror. Could combine with recessed lights.
LED mirror is a nice uncluttered look. And provides excellent light. There are many styles available.
Maybe desk in the guest room could be "floating". Might be nicer look when entering the room.
Another nice paneling around TV idea.
Horizontally grooved backing is nice.
Panels above and below TV are a good "look". TV appears much more "built-in".
Lighted cubbies across the top and not lighted side cubbies.
Clean nice look I like the textured wall behind the TV. Or maybe a darker value of wall color behind TV. Darker color helps "transition" to black TV.
Maybe the center area below TV could be bumped out to 16-18" as opposed to lower side sections at 12" This could allow for 2 center drawers with doors on each side. Lighted shelves surrounding TV would only be 6"-8" deep. That's enough to hide the sides of the TV. And is actually deep enough for some decorative "things".
I prefer the shampoo box at the end of the tub. Not so "front and center".
I like the shower rod at the ceiling. But prefer curtain to go all the way to the floor. Cleaner look. My curved rod is a "double". The curtain never moves. the inside second rod holds a clear liner that is "pulled". A big advantage is the shower is much brighter.
I have a curved shower rod here, and it's amazing how much bigger it makes the shower feel. We could coordinate curtain with wall color so it disappears. Or...jazz it up as a point of interest. The "art" for the room.
drop in tub with shower curtain. Not sure I "buy" the short curtain concept!
More up to date sliding glass door/tub. Note the sliding mechanism at top of the glass.
We can plan for lights over any artwork in any room. Will add another source for light. Can be switched separately..
Or maybe specific recessed soffit lights. Reading and for ambiance. No lights over bedside chests.
Maybe pantry pullout door recessed like this with a subtle decorative element. Not like this, but this idea. Don't want it to be a door in the wall.
