SUNKEN LIVING ROOM: (Stair Transition) In order to avoid having the look of a sunken room, especially an octagon shaped one, I would like to implement something like this between the dining room to the living room. In the opening of this bookshelf doorway would be the steps. I would like to do this on both sides of the sunken room where the steps are. The stairs leading down to the basement (the troublesome ones) would be in between these two bookcase walls.
BASEMENT HALLWAY: This is what I want the hallway in the basement to look like. I would even like to add a window to Bedroom #2 to give the rooms and hallway an exterior house type look and try to make the hallway look like a outdoor/indoor mudroom. French doors and window would be on the right side of this picture. Where the french doors are in this pic would be the nook for the mudroom cabinet to hang coats/jackets and put shoes. Where the wall is on the left side of this picture, would be the hall that leads into the bedrooms and bathroom.

KITCHEN STOVE CABINETS: These are the cabinets I would like to have where the Stove will be. Will work with Conrad to get something similar as I am aware are ceilings are not that tall. The Shelf and S Hook Bar will go in-between these 2 upper cabinets.
Knobs and doors under sink
KITCHEN SINK/WINDOWS/LIGHTS: Windows I want surrounding Kitchen Sink. Would also like this Sink, Sink Faucet and these Ceiling lights. We will talk to the Electrician as to where we would like the lighting placed.
SHOWER (Master) This is the Shower I am aiming for. I would like to get it as close as possible including the wall and how it looks like a door into another room except it's a glass shower door into the shower. I like the shower ledge. I would find tiles we like. This is what I was hoping for in the guest bathroom but that decision will be based off of pricing as well as whether or not we can find something else we like.
KIDS BEDROOM CLOSETS - Girls and Boys room
Would like to build this into the wall of the Guest Bathroom. Thoughts are to
