Bathroom
This tile looks like the color of mine.
Like the nook. I see the value in the rain shower head to prevent spraying water past the edge of the glass partition.
Tight space and minimal separation - glass wall from shower.
Like the wood, Scandi-minimalist look to this
Another view as to what could go on these shelves.
Like the three shelves, although these hold knicknacks.
partial glass on tub
Like the seamlessness of this look. And the shade of blue with the gray/beige.
I like the calm feel of the blue. The bathroom looks fairly larger than before.
Since the guest bath is so dark, I like the idea of adding a horizontal lite on the wall by the door so that light can "pour" in.
cabinet over the toilet. it could be hinged, I imagine or the top or front could slide open.
simple lines. deep tub
Great tub cleaning tips.
Some of these are really about the size of my bathroom. I liked the brightness
This looks so clean and simple.
For guest bath. There is also a 6 fin one. I think I could probably get my guy in the East End to make me something. This is from Rejuvenation.
I like the look of this porcelain tile. Seems like it is/can be pretty slip resistant if you get it that way.
I really love this kind of floor tile.
Like the wood.
I continue to like the shelving that extends across. Maybe. And just curious about larger tile.
I like the shelf inside the shower stall - it's width and location.
Another idea. Imagine being cold.
I like the more modern look of the bathtub itself.
The text read: Prepare to combat chills. There's no getting around it, open showers are cold.
Like the baskets with towels and the rug in front of the sink. Would really like something like this in the guest bathroom.
I like the openness of the shower but worry about water jumping out. Also, wouldn't it get cold in there like it does in my shower?
sliding glass door so that it is easier to get in and out of, especially if there is a caretaker helping. I don't know that I like this so much or not.
It looks so bare and sterile; however, there's something else quite nice about the simplicity, the glass shower enclosure, toilet and shelves in the back.
Love the flooring.
I like the mostly white and how clean and simple it looks.
Absolutely love this floor.
Like in my bathroom, they are adjacent to each other. Shower fixture similar to Iceland hotel, but I like the hotel's better. Want to set the temp and go, not one for hot and one for cold.
Deeper tub, mirror. Contrasting colors between the tub and the shower.
Liked the clean lines, general overall notes in the article. Plus I liked that there was enough room for a towel rack on the right side of the cabinet.
Although I don't especially like the look of shelves over the toilet, I somehow feel that bare wall doesn't quite work either.
There is something so exceptionally simple about this sink and lack of cabinet.
Shelving above the toilet would also provide some extra storage capacity. I really have envisioned some art work in the currently super bare space above the toilet. I don't really want a lot of visual clutter.
I can see that my thinking on aging-in-place bathroom remodel has been limited.
Paul's guest bathroom - transformed!
This was previously a super dark bathroom tile and wood job, like in Paul's guest bathroom upstairs. Transformed!
Like the colors on the floors and walls with this. Big mirror nice, but where is there sufficient lighting for putting on makeup. Feel like the above counter sink allows for more space below in the cabinet.
Yep. Looks like mine. Entire article. I really like this.
Ditch the closet! Make it upper or lower cabinet doors and then drawers. Yes! Might not seem so super clunky then.
Window at the top. Clean lines between the shower and the sink.
cubby above the sink, floor tile
