Jeff and his team of experienced sub-contractors truly made our dream basement come true! From the outset, it was very clear that Jeff was all about delighting his clients and delivering high quality work. His attention to detail was evident in his thorough quoting process where all relevant information a client needs to make a decision was well laid out. From then on, he spent countless hours meeting with us to make sure he truly understood what was needed, and was present on site most days during the project to ensure quality work. Another very admirable trait was that once Jeff publishes his schedule, he in on task to execute to that plan, and really runs a "tight ship". Jeff and his team of experienced craftsmen did a great job on our basement. We challenged Jeff with removing a load bearing wall to help open up our space and he made it happen for us. His finishes and materials used were also of high quality. Once he started on our project, the sequence of work and schedule proceeded as planned. Would definitely recommend!

We hired Jeff to finish our unfinished basement in Maple Grove including stone work, gas fireplace, tiled bath/shower and granite bar seating for 6. Jeff and his team of professionals is second to none! We were impressed with his attention to detail in all areas including the initial planning stage, the high expectations he has from his sub contractors (all long-term 20+ year relationships), and if things weren't the way we wanted it done, Jeff was right in there with tools to personally make it right. The craftsmanship of our woodwork is unbelievable and we have received so many complements about our lower level remodel. The best part of Jeff and his team is the guaranteed completion date (he told us 8 weeks and 4 days for our job) and he never missed one date! He actually completed our remodel including the final punch list a few days early! Jeff and his team did an exceptional job of keeping our house as clean as possible during the build out and it was truly move-in ready once they were done - he provides a maid service to vacuum and dust as part of the bid! We shopped around for other bids before and Jeff may not always be the lowest in price, but if you want super high quality work, reliable contact, a hard timeline for completion and someone you would trust recommending to family and friends 100%, you can't go wrong with Jeff and Edvenson Homes, Inc. He also has done 3 bathroom remodels for my parents with the same exceptional work ethic and commitment to quality and service.
