Country Haven
Tucked away amongst the trees these client's in Caledon wanted a space that reflected their country home. Having such a large open space can be overwhelming, so focal points like the pool, pergola and fire pit create rooms that are still connected with one another. Planting, sofas for lounging, and a small cabana surround the pool. A pergola frames the outdoor kitchen and hot tub, and adds some height to the space. The final touch is the custom wood burning fire pit which is surrounded by a curved seating wall. The wall not only retains the grade change, but is the unique feature piece of this project.
This Project was awarded a 2014 Landscape Ontario Award of Excellence
and a 2014 Special Interest Award for the curved wall and fire feature area.
