Dunn Development, Inc.We updated this beautiful Craftsman home with new interior and exterior paint, new carpet and flooring, as well as adding on living room and master suite additions. The two-story addition also adds a new deck upstairs with stunning views of downtown skylines.
Downstairs, we updated the kitchen counter tops and back splash, the sink, and the faucet. The kitchen opens up into the new living room addition that features a three-panel Nanawall door that opens completely onto the back courtyard area. Open or closed, the Nanawall door truly invites the outdoors in!
Upstairs the new master suite bath room sees a new threshold-free shower, a custom vanity and new floors. The suite boasts a coffee bar for early mornings, as well as a walk-in closet with all new custom cabinets and shelves for clothing and shoes. The French doors open onto the new deck where the homeowners can relax after work and watch the sun set over the downtown skyline.

Interior Design and PropertyThe brief for this wonderful Devonshire Georgian Manor was ‘Modern with a classic twist’. As always we worked to achieve a bespoke interior that reflected the clients; personality, style and requirements.
We embrace our clients style, not one project is the same. Period Properties to New Build Homes and everything in-between.
We worked with the architects to grow this timeless new build style Georgian Manor from the ground up. Every aspect of the build was carefully considered including custom made and finished; lighting, wall coverings, soft furnishings, curtains, blinds, upholstery, furniture, poles, electric tracks, flooring, spacial layout, plus the finer detailing.
It was essential we captured the architectural features of the new build stylised Georgian Manor but did not age the property, this is where the importance of balance between contemporary and modern come into play.
Each room sophistically flows into the next giving a sense of tranquility to the property. The structural features remain traditionally strong, this is embraced by the contemporary interior dressings and given a sense of enlightenment through the use of modern accessories.
We thoroughly enjoyed working with these clients to achieve their perfect home.
Federow DevelopmentThis large mudroom neatly conceals all of this family's gear with the large custom built-in lockers/cabinets. The bench provides seating with open storage above and below. The wall color is Misty Memories by Benjamin Moore and the grey/blue tile hides dirt in this busy entryway.

TVL Creative Ltd.When walking in the front door you see straight through to the expansive views- we wanted to lean into this feature with our design and create a space that draws you in and ushers you to the light filled heart of the home. We introduced deep shades on the walls and a whitewashed flooring to set the tone for the contrast utilized throughout.
A personal favorite- The client’s owned a fantastic piece of art featuring David Bowie that we used as inspiration for the color palette throughout the entire home, so hanging it at the entry and introducing you to the vibes of this home from your first foot in the door was a no brainer.

The doors welcome you as you enter sitting on a patina floating shoe storage unit. The living room boasts custom pillows and a custom coffee table to provide warmth and detail.
