J.P. Hoffman Design BuildThe layout of this laundry room did not change, functionality did. Inspired by the unique square 9×9 tile seen on the floor, we designed the space to reflect this tile – a modern twist on old-European elegance. Paired with loads of cabinets, a laundry room sink and custom wood top, we created a fun and beautiful space to do laundry for a family of five!
Note the the appliance hookups are hidden. To keep a seamless look, our carpentry team custom built the folding table shelf. There is a removable board at the back of the wood countertop that can be removed if the hookups need to be accessed.

Lars Remodeling & DesignThis spectacular family home situated above Lake Hodges in San Diego with sweeping views, was a complete interior and partial exterior remodel. Having gone untouched for decades, the home presented a unique challenge in that it was comprised of many cramped, unpermitted rooms and spaces that had been added over the years, stifling the home's true potential. Our team gutted the home down to the studs and started nearly from scratch.

Cranberry Hill KitchensA quiet laundry room with soft colours and natural hardwood flooring. This laundry room features light blue framed cabinetry, an apron fronted sink, a custom backsplash shape, and hooks for hanging linens.
Dual Concept DesignThe took inspiration for this space from the surrounding nature and brought the exterior, in. Green cabinetry is accented with black plumbing fixtures and hardware, topped with white quartz and glossy white subway tile. The walls in this space are wallpapered in a white/black "Woods" wall covering. Looking out, is a potting shed which is painted in rich black with a pop of fun - a bright yellow door.

We put a full size laundry set up in the basement for larger items, but the client wanted to be able to throw normal wash in on the same floor as living area and main bedroom.

We also designed and renovated the powder room. The floor plan of the powder room was left unchanged and the focus was directed at refreshing the space. The green slate vanity ties the powder room to the laundry, creating unison within this beautiful South-East Melbourne home. Located in between all the bedrooms and bathrooms, this room's function is a 10 out of 10. We added a sink and plenty of cabinet storage. Not seen is a closet on the other wall that holds the iron and other larger items.
