From an imagined spare bedroom we created this comfortable space that takes the “home office” concept to the next level— as it is not only about work but also about storing the memories and “stuff” of daily life in a place where you also want to spend time together.
• Live/work space for two people—ie. “this is where I work and live”— a place to relax and read, open your laptop, spend time together.
• The monochromatic color palette of Tesoro Pietra and Cashmere, natural aluminum metal accents, matte black leather shelves, and great accent lighting create a warm, moody elegance.
• For this shot we built a ceiling and angled windows – wanted it to feel like a room in someone’s home that was transformed by this design (vs. adding a storage closet or shelves).

Molly's Marketplace, a home renovation's paradiseWe designed and built this beautiful home office for our client who wanted the room to look amazing and function really well. Maria had a lot of books as well a some pieces that she wanted to display so getting the most out of the wall space was very important. We custom built and finished it with our custom special walnut beachy color and it turned out great. We also built a two person desk so that Maria could meet with her clients.

R. B. Schwarz, Inc.R.B. Schwarz gutted the space, added HVAC, wired the electrical, built bookshelves from oak, and finished this attic space. Their craftsman hand cut each piece of wood for the rails on site. The mission oak makes quite a statement piece. Homeowner Jeff Scott designed the room and the mission-style rails for the stairwell. The family uses the extra space for a craft room. A Navajo rug (a special find from their travels) decorates the wall of the stairwell.
Sheila Rich Interiors, LLCWe created a home office in this townhouse by borrowing space from the garage and incorporating it with closet space. The U-shaped desk and file drawers were simultaneously custom-built and coordinated with the glazed natural maple cabinetry in the family room next door. File storage is conveniently and comfortably tucked into the corner; with the U-shaped desk following the lines of the newly-created room, nothing looks out of place and all of the pieces are a natural fit within the space.
