The KitchenThis custom kitchen is a combination of many textures and finishes that can be classified as a farmhouse style or a classic style. Regardless it has great appeal for any taste! The perimeter cabinets are painted a soft grey with a darker grey glaze, featuring glass wall cabinet doors with cathedral mullions. The range hood is stained knotty alder. The island has a rustic grey textured application on each end with the main section an heirloom finish. The countertop is Fantasy Brown marble with a leathered finish.
mackmiller design+buildThe sink base features two full extension rollouts that handle trash and recyclables in the front and have divided storage for cleaning supplies in the back. No more getting on your hands and knees to access this cabinet. Idea found in Fine Homebuilding magazine. Small tilt drawer holds sponges.
The cabinet doors are ivory painted finish and hand applied chocolate brown glaze. These raised-panel cabinets have full overlay doors and drawers, constructed with high precision to maintain a 1/8” gap between every side of a door and drawer.
The flooring is #3 American Black walnut character grade.

Perez Design Build RemodelIn this kitchen remodel we removed all the dated oak cabinets and replaced them with a new fresh coastal color combination of white and blue. We also included the unused breakfast area space to expand the kitchen down further allowing us to include both a main sink and a prep sink, both of which are farmhouse white style. All of the hardware and lights are done in a bold gold finish that compliments the blue and white cabinetry. Lastly the old dated floor tiles were removed and replaced with new bright white larger scale tiles.

Cabinet-S-TopIn this kitchen remodel , we relocated existing cabinetry from a wall that was removed and added additional black cabinetry to compliment the new location of the buffet cabinetry and accent the updated layout for the homeowners kitchen and dining room. Medallion Gold Rushmore Raised Panel Oak painted in Carriage Black. New glass was installed in the upper cabinets with new black trim for the existing decorative doors. On the countertop, Mombello granite was installed in the kitchen, on the buffet and in the laundry room. A Blanco diamond equal bowl with low divide was installed in the kitchen and a Blanco Liven sink in the laundry room, both in the color Anthracite. Moen Arbor faucet in Spot Resist Stainless and a Brushed Nickel Petal value was installed in the kitchen. The backsplash is 1x2 Chiseled Durango stone for the buffet area and 3”x6” honed and tumbled Durango stone for the kitchen backsplash. On the floor, 6”x36” Dark Brown porcelain tile was installed. A new staircase, railing and doors were installed leading from the kitchen to the basement area.
