半年間の打ち合わせ&デザイン&制作期間を経て、完成いたしました！
化学物質に過敏な体質のため、栗材総無垢で制作。
中身まで全て本物の木で組み上げた木のキッチンです！
全部本物の木なのでアンティークになるまでの耐久性と、
普通のシステムキッチンの中身と違ってホルムアルデヒドがでないので健康的！
とってもすてきなキッチンが完成しました♪
見た目や素材だけではなく、打ち合わせを重ね、使いやすさとこだわりを全〜部詰め込みましたよ。
ビフォーは業務用のステンレス流し台を使われていました。
エムサンク_アーキテクト一級建築士事務所昭和九年に建てられた旧猪子家住宅。朽ち果てる寸前であったこの建物を2015年から2017年に掛けて修繕した。
外観はそのままに、痛んでいるところを補修し、和室などは壁仕上げをやり直した。台所については、多少リフォームされたいたが、「たたき土間」や「水場」など、昔の「竈（くど）」ように改修した。

今まで北側に廊下を介してあった台所を居間・食堂と一緒にして、東南の洋室とも一体的につなげて家の中心に集える「場」をつくりました。天井の無垢板はそのままに慎重に穴あけをして換気扇や照明を設けています。
