Трёхкомнатная квартира в доме 1958 года постройки. Молодая семейная пара, ребята работают в геймдеве, занимаются маркетингом игр.
Проект интересен:
- организованной и согласованной перепланировкой, в которой уместилось большое количество встроенного хранения корпусами икеа(сецчас их можно заменить серией из хоф) .
- Разместили колонну стиральной и сушильной машин в санузле. Сделали душевую зону из стеклоблоков.
- Сохранили газовое обеспечение, при этом на кухне почти все его следы закрыли.
- Одну комнату оформили под кабинет с перспективой, что там будет актуальна и детская.
- В спальне разместили гардеробную и ещё одно рабочее место, тк ребята периодически работают удалённо.
- Бюджет берегли, применялись правила разумной экономии. В интерьере использованы отреставрированная советская мебель и люстры , сохранена родная резная розетка на потолке.
- Ну и главное: результат перепланировки- избавились от длинного коридора и получили развернутое и воздушное пространство и прекрасный вид при входе. Распашные двери на балкон открывают вид на двор с пышной березой.
– в интерьере много винтажа, собственно и интерьер собирали с купленных хозяйкой винтажных люстр еще до проекта

Cotton + Ash InteriorsRecent renovation of an open plan kitchen and living area which included structural changes including a wall knockout and the installation of aluminium sliding doors. The Scandinavian style design consists of modern graphite kitchen cabinetry, an off-white quartz worktop, stainless steel cooker and a double Belfast sink on the rectangular island paired with brushed brass Caple taps to coordinate with the brushed brass pendant and wall lights. The living section of the space is light, layered and airy featuring various textures such as a sandstone wall behind the cream wood-burning stove, tongue and groove panelled wall, a bobble area rug, herringbone laminate floor and an antique tan leather chaise lounge.

The cabinets are a mixture of flat and panelled doors in grey tones, whilst the mobile island is in contrasting graphite and oak. There is a lot of flexible storage in the space with a multitude of drawers replacing wall cabinets, and all areas are clearly separated in to zones- including a dedicated space for storing all food, fresh, frozen and ambient.
The home owner was not afraid to take risks, and the overall look is contemporary but timeless with a touch of fun thrown in!

restyle design, llcThis ranch was a complete renovation! We took it down to the studs and redesigned the space for this young family. We opened up the main floor to create a large kitchen with two islands and seating for a crowd and a dining nook that looks out on the beautiful front yard. We created two seating areas, one for TV viewing and one for relaxing in front of the bar area. We added a new mudroom with lots of closed storage cabinets, a pantry with a sliding barn door and a powder room for guests. We raised the ceilings by a foot and added beams for definition of the spaces. We gave the whole home a unified feel using lots of white and grey throughout with pops of orange to keep it fun.

Florida Designer CabinetryA gorgeous contemporary kitchen design was created by deleting the range, microwave and incorporating a cooktop, under counter oven and hood. The microwave was relocated and an under counter microwave was incorporated into the design. These appliances were moved to balance the design and create a perfect symmetry. The washer & dryer were incorporated within the cabinetry so they would not invade the visual appeal. Products used were Poggenpohl High Gloss Cubanit with automated horizontal bi-fold uppers. Slim line handles was used on the cabinetry to maintain the minimalistic design. A large island designed to create a bold yet appealing horizontal design. Quartz tops were used.

The island is large and serves as a breakfast area, as well as housing for a dishwasher. The openness of the space allows for social gatherings and family friendliness. The dark flooring works well with the lighter walls and counter-top to create visual appeal through contrast. The hanging glass lights provide not only the functionality of lighting the area but also elevate the room by adding layers to it. They also draw attention to the center of the room and create a focal point around the island that draw attention to keep the room open and keep all inhabitants connected.

We added more cabinet space with the extended pantry as well as cabinets underneath the extended bar. We completed the bar with a beautiful waterfall countertop and implemented a pop-up outlet that also supports wireless charging.
