UserLes meubles d'origine en chêne massif ont été conservés et repeints en noir mat. L’îlot central a été chiné et repeint en noir mat, une planche recouverte de carrelage façon carreaux de ciment sert de plan de travail supplémentaire et de table pour le petit déjeuner. Crédence en feuille de pierre et sol en vinyle gris façon béton ciré. La cuisine est séparée du salon par une verrière en métal noir.

J'ai voulu faire de cet endroit un lieu où l'on se sent comme dans un cocon.
Je voulais que les occupants oublient qu'ils sont en ville, c'est pourquoi j'ai utilisé une peinture vert foncé pour les murs et matières naturelles.
J'ai choisi des produits de qualité, j'ai fait réalisé la table et les chaises par un fabricant français.
La cuisine a été réalisé par le menuisier avec qui je travaille.
Le papier peint est également de fabrication française.
Le mobilier a été acheté chez un commerçant local.
Le propriétaire est très content du résultat, il n'en revient pas du changement opéré.

The natural tones and textures in this kitchen make it feel inviting and clean and demonstrate that cherry can still add personality and dimension in a completely updated (and still timeless) way.

Pinnacle Design & RemodelingLong-time clients called us (Landmark Remodeling and PID) back to tackle their kitchen and subsequently the remainder of the main floor. We had worked away over the last 5 years doing smaller projects, knowing one day they would pull the trigger on their kitchen space.
After two small boys and working from home through the pandemic, they decided it was time to tear down the wall separating the kitchen and formal dining room and make one large kitchen for their busy, growing family.
We proposed a few layout options and when they chose the one with a 14 foot island we were so excited!

We removed a structural wall that divided the family room -dining area with the living room. Moved the kitchen from its original layout to face the backyard with a view the whole family could enjoy. We focus on clean, simple lines, minimalism, and functionality without sacrificing beauty. White walls, wood floors, modern furniture, and minimalist decor are all hallmark traits of a California aesthetic.
A lot of cost were invested into changing the structure so we keep the materials simple, but we were still able to add wood features in the home like the island, the warm toned light fixture centered over the island adds depth to this personal home.

Missy Stewart DesignsSeabrook features miles of shoreline just 30 minutes from downtown Houston. Our clients found the perfect home located on a canal with bay access, but it was a bit dated. Freshening up a home isn’t just paint and furniture, though. By knocking down some walls in the main living area, an open floor plan brightened the space and made it ideal for hosting family and guests. Our advice is to always add in pops of color, so we did just with brass. The barstools, light fixtures, and cabinet hardware compliment the airy, white kitchen. The living room’s 5 ft wide chandelier pops against the accent wall (not that it wasn’t stunning on its own, though). The brass theme flows into the laundry room with built-in dog kennels for the client’s additional family members.
We love how bright and airy this bayside home turned out!
