Notre agence Lilloise a récemment livré un projet d’envergure : la rénovation d’une maison familiale de 215m². On vous fait visiter ? Dans cette maison sur deux niveaux, initialement cloisonnée, il était nécessaire d’ouvrir l’entrée et la cuisine sur le double séjour pour profiter de la lumière naturelle offerte par les grandes baies vitrées. La pièce principale bénéficie désormais d’une superficie de 65m² intégrant une cuisine spacieuse avec îlot et porte secrète, un séjour avec bibliothèque linéaire et coin bureau intégré et ainsi qu’un salon TV ouvert sur une salle de jeu. Marine, notre architecte d’intérieur qui a conçu le projet a mis un point d’honneur à valoriser les moulures et le charme d’origine en ponctuant les différents espaces de couleurs, douces et profondes. Notre coup de cœur : sa salle de bain habillée d’un rose doux dans laquelle nous avons condamné la cheminée pour la transformer en console décorative.

Nous avons repensé le plan existant afin d'ouvrir la cuisine vers la pièce à vivre et offrir une sensation d'espace à nos clients. Nous avons modernisé les espaces de vie de la famille pour apporter une touche plus contemporaine à cet appartement classique, tout en gardant les codes charmants de l'haussmannien: moulures au plafond, parquet point de Hongrie, belles hauteurs...

This beautiful custom home built by Bowlin Built and designed by Boxwood Avenue in the Reno Tahoe area features creamy walls painted with Benjamin Moore's Swiss Coffee and white oak custom cabinetry. This mid century modern home boasted irreplaceable features including original wood cabinets, wood ceiling, and a wall of floor to ceiling windows. C&R developed a design that incorporated the existing details with additional custom cabinets that matched perfectly. A new lighting plan, quartz counter tops, plumbing fixtures, tile backsplash and floors, and new appliances transformed this kitchen while retaining all the mid century flavor.

Eco-Rehabarama house. This dining space is adjacent to the kitchen and the living area in a very open floor-plan. We converted the garage into a kitchen and updated the entire house. The red barn door is made from recycled materials. The hardware for the door was salvaged from an old barn door. We used wood from the demolition to make the barn door. This image shows the entire barn door with the kitchen table. The door divides the laundry and utility room from the dining space. It's a practical solution to separate the two spaces while adding an interesting focal point to the room. Love the pop of red against the neutral walls. The door is painted with Sherwin Williams Red Obsession SW7590 and the walls are Sherwin Williams Warm Stone SW 7032.
