This contemporary custom home forms itself based on specific view vectors to Long's Peak and the mountains of the front range combined with the influence of a morning and evening court to facilitate exterior living. Roof forms undulate to allow clerestory light into the space, while providing intimate scale for the exterior areas. A long stone wall provides a reference datum that links public and private and inside and outside into a cohesive whole.

A picture rail above two desks allows for easily changing and adding artwork that is collected while exploring and traveling The art nook walls are lines with narrow shelves for sketch books, clip boards, notes and works in progress. The center of the room is kept clear as a yoga space with mats and props kept to the side in a basket.

Our love for the color blue was included in the carefully planned color scheme of the home. We added a gorgeous blue and white rug in the entryway to create a fabulous first impression. The adjacent living room got soft blue accents creating a cozy ambience. In the formal dining area, we added a beautiful wallpaper with fun prints to complement the stylish furniture. Another lovely wallpaper with fun blue and yellow details creates a cheerful ambience in the breakfast corner near the beautiful kitchen. The bedrooms have a neutral palette creating an elegant and relaxing vibe. A stunning home bar with black and white accents and stylish wooden furniture adds an elegant flourish.

A breathtaking display of white and grey marble with gold veins is showcased in the custom bar, sitting in front of a backing of glass and inviting blue light. Behind lie three separate walls of ultra modern / contemporary wine racks in black metal.
This glass wine room holds up to 890 bottles in pure style. This home is anything but traditional. The completely glass enclosed room was designed, built, and constructed with single paned glass - so the expert team at Vintage Cellars made sure to properly calculate heat loss, and ended up slightly oversizing the cooling unit to account for it.

Une fois les besoins en matière de rangement définis, la silhouette du lit pont se profile.
Et c’est ici qu’il faut faire preuve d’un peu d’imagination, car pour que le lit pont reste tout à la fois esthétique et pratique, il n’est pas obligé d’être constitué de rangements standards.
C’est ici que le jeu des proportions et le juste équilibre entre les pleins et les vides feront toute la différence.
Un des atouts du lit pont, c’est qu’avec son arche faite de rangements on vient « souligner » le lit. En le dissociant de la pièce principale, il devient, dans un même temps le point de focale et la pièce maîtresse de l’aménagement.
Il ne faut donc pas choisir à la légère les matériaux et les accessoires qui constituent et habillent le lit pont…
