| SPIRAL ARCHITECTS |The backyard is designed around a traditional rectangular pool, with custom-sized fired adobe pavers crafted in Mexico specifically for the project. The large steel sash window and door assembly, 12 feet tall and 12 feet wide, offers a luxurious view of the pool courtyard, and the view continues to the lushly vegatated Reatta Wash and up to the mountains beyond. The house wraps around the pool area, creating an "estate" feel that is more commonly in nearby residences of far grander sizes. The tones of three-coat stucco wall finish blend perfectly with the pavers, water, and desert vegetation to create an authentic and satisfying environment, well suited to Scottsdale's climate. This water feature and teal diamond glass firepit sit at the back of the property and overlook the golf coarse. The molded copper water basin gently spills into a rill that is lined with pebble glass tile to echo that of the main pool. The rill is equipped with LED lighting.
Clemens & Associates Inc.A rectangular leisure pools sits in the middle of a Mediterranean-style hacienda courtyard. The pool is paved in a deep teal-blue pool plaster and lined with custom hand-painted tiles, giving the look of an exotic oasis. Hand-painted tiles surrounding a hand-carved Italian marble basin fountain at the head of pool provides a stunning focal point against the backdrop of the mountains. Lushly planted blue-glazed ceramic pots flank the carved wood columns that support the Spanish tiled portal. Deep plush lounge chairs allow the space to be fully enjoyed by the residents any time of the day.

AquaTerra OutdoorsThis pool and spa is built in an affluent neighborhood with many new homes that are traditional in design but have modern, clean details. Similar to the homes, this pool takes a traditional pool and gives it a clean, modern twist. The site proved to be perfect for a long lap pool that the client desired with plenty of room for a separate spa. The two bodies of water, though separate, are visually linked together by a custom limestone raised water feature wall with 10 custom Bobe water scuppers.
Quality workmanship as required throughout the entire build to ensure the automatic pool cover would remain square the entire 50 foot length of the pool.

Van Kirk & Sons Pools and SpasThis one of a kind shaped pool with infinity edge and custom sun shelf is a true masterpiece. This size and shape of the pool was utilized in an incredible way as to make the most out of the backyard and it really shows!
MC Design LLCTo keep plants from going into the pool, I recommend planting succulents, and using only one or two varieties to maintain a streamlined appearance. If they are nearby a fire pit, as seen here, make sure that all flora stay contained inside the planter, so as not to catch on fire.
