Mon Concept HabitationLe projet Cardinal a été menée pour une famille expatriée qui faisait son retour en France. Nos clients avaient déjà trouvé leur architecte. Les plans de conception étaient donc prêts. Séduits par notre process rodé : ils se sont tournés vers notre agence pour la phase de travaux.
Le 14 mai, ils ont pris contact avec nos équipes. Une semaine après, nous visitions la maison afin de faire un repérage terrain. Le 29 mai, nous présentions dans nos bureaux un devis détaillé et en phase avec leur brief/budget. Suite à la validation de ce dernier, notre conducteur de travaux et son équipe ont lancé le chantier qui a duré 3 mois.
Au RDC, nous avons déplacé la cuisine vers la fenêtre pour que nos clients aient plus de luminosité. Ceci a impliqué de revoir les arrivées d’eau, électricité etc.
A l’étage, nous avons créé un espace fermé qui sert de salle de jeux pour les enfants. Nos équipes ont alors changé la balustrade, créé un plancher pour gagner en espace et un mur blanc avec une petite verrière pour laisser passer la lumière.
Les salles de bain et tous les sols ont également été entièrement refaits.

Sutherland Design Home, LLCWe removed the long wall of mirrors and moved the tub into the empty space at the left end of the vanity. We replaced the carpet with a beautiful and durable Luxury Vinyl Plank. We simply refaced the double vanity with a shaker style.

3D Backyard Design
We created a 3D rendering to fully show our client the outcome of her backyard remodel project. You can see from the 3D renderings we literally brought her vision to life.
Complete Backyard Remodel
We installed new pavers for the large walkway that runs from the front to the back of the backyard. We built a large concrete wall with stucco all around for privacy. The new courtyard also has new pavers, grass sections, and a sprinkler system. We planted new trees and built a wood-raised vegetable bed. For decorative accents, we added new concrete steps, smart exterior lights, artificial turf installation, river rock installation, and new drain lines to prevent flooding. We also built a custom floating deck that sits in between trees.

Our clients were transforming their home into a sociable space for their family of five, so they wanted their kitchen to fit seamlessly into this plan.
They socialise often so it was important to create a large open plan kitchen, and a showstopping island was a must! To create this contemporary kitchen we used the Soft Lack design from our German Nolte range, in the colour Graphite.
We chose two worksurfaces; Classic Quartz in Alaska Bianca and Caesarstone in Flannel Grey. The concrete effect wrap around worksurface on the island end creates a focal point from the garden and allows for some additional storage. The sleek black top-trim handles and Oak detailing add a real sense of luxury to this design.
Storage solutions such as the pantry-style larder and drawer units make the kitchen user-friendly for daily family life.

Next we wrapped the bump out with woodwork finished in a gray. Next we built and installed the white fireplace mantle and surround.

Thompson RemodelingThe owners of this beautiful historic farmhouse had been painstakingly restoring it bit by bit. One of the last items on their list was to create a wrap-around front porch to create a more distinct and obvious entrance to the front of their home.
Aside from the functional reasons for the new porch, our client also had very specific ideas for its design. She wanted to recreate her grandmother’s porch so that she could carry on the same wonderful traditions with her own grandchildren someday.
Key requirements for this front porch remodel included:
- Creating a seamless connection to the main house.
- A floorplan with areas for dining, reading, having coffee and playing games.
- Respecting and maintaining the historic details of the home and making sure the addition felt authentic.
Upon entering, you will notice the authentic real pine porch decking.
Real windows were used instead of three season porch windows which also have molding around them to match the existing home’s windows.
The left wing of the porch includes a dining area and a game and craft space.
Ceiling fans provide light and additional comfort in the summer months. Iron wall sconces supply additional lighting throughout.
Exposed rafters with hidden fasteners were used in the ceiling.
Handmade shiplap graces the walls.
On the left side of the front porch, a reading area enjoys plenty of natural light from the windows.
The new porch blends perfectly with the existing home much nicer front facade. There is a clear front entrance to the home, where previously guests weren’t sure where to enter.
We successfully created a place for the client to enjoy with her future grandchildren that’s filled with nostalgic nods to the memories she made with her own grandmother.

With minimum changes to the original footprint, all walls and flooring and ceiling have been removed and replaced with light and modern finishes. LVT flooring with wood grain design in wet areas, carpet in all living spaces. Custom-built bookshelves house family pictures and TV for movie nights. Bar will surely entertain many guests for holidays and family gatherings.
UserA beautiful mix of materials and colors in this custom Ikea kitchen remodel. The quartz counter top against the back wall offset with a deep rich Oak butcher block counter top on the island. The open shelving held up by industrial piping brings cohesion to the space. The mix of materials helps great a rustic sophistication. Our custom Ikea cabinet doors are present on throughout the entire kitchen. A solid maple wood rails and stiles of the shaker frame surround the plywood center panel. The ikea doors are painted a matte black. The matte texture helps draw your eye to the beautiful finishes of the room.
The simple subway tile with the black grout to match the black custom Ikea cabinet doors is a great touch.
