We are Mike and Edward, owners of TDY Moving & Storage. We have been in the moving business since the late 80's. Mike started out with some friends and a van slowly working his way up to running a full professional moving and storage company. Edward joined by working on the truck, driving, sales, then becoming a partner. So, both Mike and Edward know each and every detail of the moving and storage business. Most of TDY's Moving & Storage team has been with us from the start. We're a family owned moving company with "NYC values". We pride ourselves in being like one big family and that is what makes us different from other NYC moving companies. TDY Moving & Storage is helping hundreds of clients per month move because when you hire us you're hiring a local mover that will treat you like family. To us you are not just another number and our priority is ensure you are satisfied with your NYC move. We may not be cheap NYC movers but we are the best movers in NYC!

Tdy Moving was excellent right from the 1st enquiry to leaving us happy in our new home. Their sales representative was very responsive and flexible with moving dates and planning and his team of movers were very professional and friendly. They were very efficient and from arriving at our house to leaving us in our new home. The dismantling and reassembling activity was done very quickly. They were very watchful while unpacking. Breakables, such as glass and photo frames, were very well packed in their special packing materials so that it all arrived in one piece. I would definitely recommend this moving company to take the hassle out of moving.

The movers told me to stay calm and relaxed as they finished loading smoothly with no fault. They were not only just wonderful with their moving skill but with their nice attitude which made my move so easy. Finally it was a nice and perfect move for that I am very thankful to TDY Moving and Storage

The movers were on time, professional and fairly priced. Their rep answered all my questions and went over everything to the last detail. It was no problem they worked around the weather. I appreciate the extra effort. I will definitely recommend them to all.

This is our second time hiring TDY Moving and Storage and we are consistently impressed by the moving team. Can’t say enough about how wonderful the service was. They were on time, considerate, and flexible with the move and all of the unexpected occurrences. They took their time packing things up for us, wrapping up all of our furniture, and going the extra mile to make our move as smooth as possible. This is a moving team that I would be more than willing to hire again.

The best moving experience we had. Of course moving is always a drag but these guys made it as painless as possible. The moving team was extremely efficient, careful and organized. No extra or hidden charges, everything was fair and simple. We had more boxes than originally quoted for, but they were nice to help out with those and even additional small items we didn't pack without any issues. Great work all around and definitely recommend for anyone looking having an easy and stress-free move.

This company is as good as it gets for moving. They packed and moved our home a couple months ago. I did a great fast and affordable job for both the packing and moving. The one recommendation I have is to have them stop by and do a quote. It ended up saving us money. I am quite really impressed with this moving service and would definitely use them again.

They are great movers. The guys were extremely friendly and helpful they really took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The move went extremely well better than expected really. They took great care with my items so nothing was damaged during the move. I'll contact Tdy Moving again if needed.

I had a great experience with TDY Moving and Storage, especially the moving team who were a pleasure to do business with. They just went about the whole day with great attitudes that eventually rubbed off on me and relieved me of the stress of moving that had been building inside of me until I met these guys and was able to realize that everything was under control and that this movers would not only take care of everything but do it with a smile. A real transitional experience that was very much appreciated under difficult circumstances. I would recommend them for any type of moving job because I know that with attitudes like theirs they can handle anything and do it well.

TDY Moving and Storage was the best moving company I have ever used. They were very responsible, helpful in finding the right solution and they delivered on time. They were even trustworthy people. They kept us update on the day of our move. There was not a single scratch on any of my items when they were delivered. I really recommend them to all who are looking for a good moving company.

I chosed TDY Moving and Storage out of many options. It worked really great for me. The onsite estimate was very precise and the move was scheduled within a very short notice. Foreman and his helpers showed up on time at the move day, packed the whole house and loaded with ease and the drop off were done before the schedule which was great. After checking the inventory, I did not get any reason to complain. Best in moving service for sure.

Friendly, courteous, professional and fast. That describes my entire experience with the movers from TDY Moving and Storage. From the time I submitted information for an on-line quote, through on-line scheduling, and on to the moving day, all was seamless and perfect. The movers themselves did all possible to make the move a pleasant one. They were thorough and professional in their work, and finished the work well within the time promised. I am totally satisfied with this moving service and would recommend them to all.

Outstanding value, superb customer service from TDY Moving and Storage. Moving is a very stressful time but these movers made everything very easy for us. I called to reschedule at least couple of times and they were extremely helpful and understanding. The moving team arrived earlier, which worked great for us and the three of them were terribly amazing. The price was also very reasonable. I have only great compliments for this moving company and I strongly recommend it.
