AlphaStudio Design Group is an award winning full service architectural firm located in Carlsbad, California. By fully committing the knowledge and experience of both principals through the duration of each project we are able to emphasize providing our clients with projects that are both budget and time sensitive, while not losing sight of the fundamental goal to provide innovative and effective design solutions. Our studio is centered on a collaborative approach to design, bringing the owner, architect, and contractor to the table early and often. Utilizing this approach we are able to provide architectural services that respond to the pragmatic needs of the project, but also go beyond and address the artistic necessity that creates memorable spaces. With principal architects Paul Gallegos and Josh Eckle's combined 40 years of architectural experience, AlphaStudio Design Group is able to provide completed projects that exceeds the client's expectations and create a true sense of home.

Both Josh and Paul at AlphaStudio Design Group are/were an absolute delight to work with! Josh managed our new home design project and was outstanding! Josh is highly experienced, insightful, professional, accommodating, patient and effective. Josh not only designed our home but also helped guide us through the various design review processes, working closely and very cooperatively with our proposed builder and landscape architect to create not only a fantastic design, but one that could be effectively constructed as well! He is a fantastic team player and professional advisor. We can't say enough good things about our experience with Josh and the AlphaStudio Design Group. We would highly recommend them to anyone undertaking a custom home design (or anything that may require some architectural help). Alpha ( Paul and Josh) did a great job in taking our design ideas, putting them to paper, optimizing the layout with our lot, and partnering with our builder and designer / planner to bring the ideas to reality. They did a good job in leading us through the gauntlet of required approvals to get shovels in the dirt and stayed close to the project through it's duration. We would highly recommend the Alpha team.

Josh at AlphaStudio Design worked with my husband and me on our major rebuild project on our home. Josh was helpful and respectful throughout the whole process. We felt he listened to us and took our ideas and made them a reality. The project ended up more extensive then originally planned but we were confident that Josh would work with our contractor to fix any glitches. Josh guided us through all the steps up to and including the permit process. We are moving in our home in April after 11 months of construction and look forward to enjoying the surroundings. Barbara

After interviewing several architects we selected Alpha Studio Design Group for our whole house remodel. Alpha Studio Design Group had the capabilities we were looking for and a sense of design that paralleled our preferences. Josh Eckle was our lead and was a pleasure to work with. He brought several ideas to the table on all aspects of our remodel which aided in the design process. Josh walked us thru specific parts of the project via 3D model which helped to get a better feel for the end results. Josh also successfully navigated the city permit process without issue. The end results were exactly what we were looking for from our remodel. We recommend Josh and the team at Alpha Studio Design Group if you are considering a similar project.

We were in the planning stages of a major remodel and our contractor recommended Josh Eckle and AlphaStudio Design Group for the expansion and redesign of our barn-shaped house in rural Escondido. Right away we felt comfortable with Josh. He was knowledgeable and respectful of our sense of aesthetic. During the entire design process he was open and appreciative of our ideas and wishes. It was tricky to transform our rustic home to one with a more contemporary look, yet retain some of the original charm. Josh and his team did a great job. We are very happy with the results.

Alpha Studio Design Group has done a great job as the architect on our home renovation project in Encinitas CA. We have experienced a number of challenges due to site constraints and local requirements yet throughout the process Josh and Paul have been extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive. A process my husband and I feared could be difficult, was actually extremely enjoyable. Both architects were knowledgeable and helpful, but very respectful of what WE wanted in our home. They welcomed our 'hands on' daily involvement and worked well with the builder. The outcome of this true collaboration resulted in a perfectly beautiful home.

We worked with Josh and Paul on the design of our new home from initial conception through final construction. They were great to work with. They were very accessible, flexible when it came to working with our interior planner/decorator, always on top of time lines for submitting documents to the county, and great with providing visual simulations of what the rooms would look like when completed (furniture and all). They also worked very well with our contractor and would do a site visit if necessary. If/When we build another home AlphaStudio Design Group will be our architectural team!

We worked with AlphaStudio Design Group from our vision, to concept, design implementation and construction. This was our first experience building a custom home. A commenté : Please suggest whats the brand and color of exterior smooth stucco.Thank you for your question. The exterior finish is an integral color stucco done in a hand troweled, Santa Barbara finish and the color is a custom blend. The manufacturer is Expo stucco.
