After interviewing several contractors for a gut renovation of our den and installation of new vinyl siding on the entire house, we selected Ambassador Home Improvement based on their competitive price and good reviews. We weren’t disappointed. All workers and trades were professional and did quality work. Our project manager, Douglas, was responsive to our needs, gave us useful advice, and was a pleasure to work with. The project took longer than anticipated (partly because we discovered that several bedroom windows needed replacing), but we are very pleased with both our new den and the new siding. We plan to call on Ambassador again for any future work.

The best!! We used Ambassador Home Improvement for a complete renovation and the results were amazing. Gary was great with planning the project from the start and even went with me to look at a few houses before I made my purchase. The project manager Joe took over things once the project started was great at handling everything and keeping me informed of the progress. He made the whole process so much easier than I expected something like this to be. Thank you, Ambassador team!!

We interviewed a few contractors prior to signing on with Ambassador for our 1930’s home renovation. From our very first meeting Gary’s level of experience and professionalism clearly stood out from the rest. He listened to everything we wanted to do, made great suggestions, was never pushy, and explained the process clearly and thoroughly. Gary vouched for each and every member of his team (most of whom have been with him longterm). Dan, our kitchen designer is a master of his craft. To say he worked hard to turn our dream kitchen into a reality is an understatement. Doug, our project manager made himself totally accessible throughout the entire job. We were always “looped-in” from point A to point Z. Whether via group text, conference call or in person meetings, he worked with our schedules and always made us feel connected to the process. The crew was prompt, dependable, precise, immaculate, and an overall pleasure to be around. Every single person involved in our reno took complete pride in their work, and it showed. Our renovation was as close to seamless as we could have ever hoped for. With their cherry-picked network of extremely skilled and talented individuals, we knew we were in the most qualified of hands. Most importantly, the finished product speaks for itself and they stand behind their work. An excellent experience from our very first phone conversation to the finishing touches. We wholeheartedly recommend Ambassador Home Improvement!

We just finished up our home renovation with Ambassador. The results are fantastic. The process is simple. You start with a meeting with the owner, Gary where you discuss your vision for your home. If you are doing a kitchen or bath over, he will set up a consultation with Dan, the designer, who provides a schematic of the layout. It’s one stop shopping because this is all done at his office. Once the work begins, it’s like clockwork. Teams come in and tackle their projects. You won’t be sitting there waiting for them to show up. This company prides itself on timely service and communication. Occasionally, I would have a question about something, I would reach out to Gary and literally within minutes, I either had an answer to my question or he would send someone over to address my concern. You don’t get that everywhere. I don’t write too many reviews but when something is worth the accolades and it can help someone make an informed decision, I’m all for it. So basically, if you are doing a home renovation…I would strongly suggest using Ambassador.

Ambassador had completed a stunning renovation on our home in 2010. Since then, regardless of the issue, they have responded without question or hesitation to any need that has arisen. Their initial quality workmanship is most certainly withstanding the test of time. However any failed materials or products, which were not under their control, are treated as warranty repairs, regardless of the severity of the problem. Service calls are coordinated quickly and efficiently and are catered to our schedule without delay. We are extremely happy with Ambassador's workmanship and customer service and we highly recommend them for any project, big or small.

We worked with Ambassador Home Improvement (AHI) on a significant project, which included remodeling our main floor, all three bathrooms, stairs, basement, kitchen, five bedrooms, updating our HVAC system and boiler. Simply put, from start to finish and responding to concerns after project completion, AHI was fantastic. From the detailed walk through of our home discussing what we envisioned for the project to supporting us with selections and keeping us in the loop with project status, it was comforting to know we could count on AHI to be thought partners with us. The way everything turned out is more than we could have asked for. Gary and his team were incredibly responsive, always on top of the work and when issues would come up as they would in any large scale project, they could be trusted to work with us to come up with solutions. They are also good on their word on following up even after the work is done. After a couple of months of project completion, when we encountered a minor issue with our HVAC and shared this with AHI, they sent someone on that day to resolve the issue. Last but not least, a huge shout out to our project manager, Doug. He is awesome!

Ambassador was showing diligence and enthusiasm the first day we meet and the sales person was very responsive to answer my questions and inquiries on daily basis. The project was completed timely and the teams they used are very professional and reliable. Overall, this was a very successful experience and I will recommend Ambassador to other people and will hire them again in my next project.

Ambassador Home Improvement built our screened porch, in addition to our backyard patio and built in kitchen. This was a massive job and somewhat of a new endeavor for Ambassador. We had been developing our vision of the job for years. They did amazing work to deliver that vision for us, and they helped us add to it with their creativity and experience. Solid construction, beautiful carpentry and masonry. We had constant contact with project manager. We made many decisions and changes along the way and we were always able to work together to find solutions. Ambassador takes pride in their work and the finished product is evidence of that.

Do it once ! Do it right ! I used Ambassador Home Improvements for a very extensive outdoor living project which included a large patio, pavilion, deck, custom outdoor kitchen and bar. Gary and his team were very attentive and professional from start to finish. The entire team provided close attention to every detail. They coordinated all of the various trades to effectively collaborate on the project. All the work was done to proper code with permits, inspections and Certificates of Occupancies issued... Gary and his team at Ambassador Home Improvement were everything we wanted in a contracting company. With both my husband and I working full time with two small children to take care of, we wanted a company that not only did a good job, but were easy to reach, returned phone calls, addressed concerns, and finished in a timely fashion. That’s exactly what we got. We never felt like they were too busy with other jobs to pay attention to us. Our project manager Joe was great. I spoke with him daily and he worked with us tirelessly. Kathie and Michele at the main office helped out with all the finances and administrative concerns and were extremely helpful. I honestly would not hesitate should the need arise to use them again. I know If I ever need help I can just pick up the phone and call Gary and joe and they will be there.
