Based on Nantucket, Anne has been creating timeless interiors for more than a decade. Anne’s approach to design is refreshingly uncomplicated and honest: she is willing to bend the rules to unite modern and traditional, combining beautiful, elegant proportions with streamlined, stylish elements. The result is a relaxing environment with ageless, classic spaces that feel fresh and inviting to both home owner and guests alike. Though the majority of Anne’s projects have been homes on Nantucket, she has worked in a number of different places to date; notably Boston, New York, and Maryland. She also designed the chic, beach-inspired interior of Dune, a noted Nantucket restaurant. Anne understands that a well-realized interior comes from a true collaboration between designer and home owner. She encourages clients to share their own ideas, examining their lifestyle to create designs that will compliment and enhance, not stifle or inhibit. Her mission is to extend her clients’ standard of living, comfort, and sense of joy in their surroundings. Anne’s interiors have been described as unpretentious yet sophisticated, fluid and calm, polished while straight-forward, and enormously practical. Anne creates interiors that instantly feel like home.
