I’m a Midwest, fine art landscape photographer. I find my approach to landscape photography works well with architectural and real estate photography too. The contrasting light posed by the setting sun offers similar challenges as capturing dim interior details offset against contrasting light brought in via large windows. In this store, my aim is to advertise my service in capturing images while offering stunning artwork for sale. Quality images start with techniques of getting right in camera, where a steady tripod and level camera depict sharp details and square and upright walls. Coupled with professional equipment and techniques, post-production work presents the client with imagery worthy of their commercial needs. A good photographer doesn’t require expensive equipment, but $3K full frame sensor cameras coupled with $2K tilt-shift or $3K wide angle lens go a long way in professionally capturing your real estate requirements. I’m also a retired USAF veteran who brings promptness and attention-to-detail to your property. Finally, if for some reason I can’t meet your needs or satisfaction, I’ll shoot the property again (on my time) or will simply refund your fee.
