We now have a fully finished basement with additional sleeping space, perfectly installed custom tiled shower and flooring and lots of living space for our family. Based on reviews we decided to consult with Brad to complete an unfinished basement at our cottage. After meeting with him we were comfortable and hired him for the job. I am very happy with my decision, he gave us exactly what we wanted, with great quality and respecting our budget. This was all done with little contact since the project location was a 2hr drive from our home. He delivered on time. He was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Brad and crew.

Brad transformed our tired, late 80's bathroom into a modern, bright and inviting spa! The work was completed in just under 3 weeks and the results are spectacular. The old shower was a tiled-in cubby with bulkhead and no light (can you say claustrophobic). The bathtub was a monster build-in, which one had to "climb" into. It also blocked access to the window. The vanity was old, low and had a single sink with arborite top garnished with a giant mirror and dated light bar. The floors were 12"x12" tile with thick grout lines. Certainly not very inviting. The new shower is full height glass with dimmable LED spotlight, rain and hand held shower heads. The stand alone tub is sleek and modern. It's adorned with a gorgeous chandelier and is located to allow access to the window. The vanity is modern with double sink in quartz countertop with separate mirrors and wall sconces. Best of all the floor is heated and Wi-Fi controlled! The tile work is 24"x24" with thin grout lines. Talk about inviting! This is our second project by Brad (ASPEKT7) and we have nothing but praise for his workmanship and work ethic! He is like family when he is with us and we have absolutely no reservations recommending him for any home renovation project!

This review is a long time coming. Brad did an incredible job on our home. He took care of the demolition of the original kitchen and bathrooms including all the tiles throughout the main floor, laundry, and all the bath / washrooms. All the new tile work and finishing is on point and how we wanted it. Brad did all the tile work throughout the main floor, laundry, powder room, both bathrooms, and the kitchen backsplash. As well as installed the new shower, bathtub, toilets, and cabinetry. His professionalism is entirely visible through his work and attention to detail. Brad did a fantastic job building a new bathroom in our basement. The work was done with care and with great attention to detail! It was easy to communicate with Brad, he was kind and courteous and I would highly recommended his work!
