We feel a special loyalty to those we have served over the years. About Pat Ball Pat Ball, a third generation native Floridian, founded Ball Construction in 1974. Over the course of his professional career, Pat has cultivated close ties with key area institutions such as the Historical Society of Sarasota County and has also developed friendships and productive working relationships with the area's best architects, engineers and subcontractors.
