BathroomOne was one of a handful of suppliers suggested by the gentleman fitting my new bathroom. I wanted something that would be practical, good quality, look good and last. BathroomOne happened to be closest to my home so I went there first. Just the level of knowledge and the range of products, plus how proactive they were on finding what I wanted within my budget meant I didn't even bother going to anyone else. Sunny, the showroom manager, put together a 3D visuals of what my bathroom would look like based on various fittings. He gave me all sorts of advice designed to help me make a decision, not a some sort of hard sell. He helped me find items that creatively fit within my budget- for example items that were on a supplier promotion. Even after we closed the deal, Sunny remained available for questions/queries etc....I don't think I've ever wanted to give my business to anyone more than I did to these guys. I've often wondered how family owned firms like this stay in business against the giant chains...and now I know. It takes the kind of personal interaction that they are able to give. I highly recommend them
