Best Heating

I purchased a radiator from “Best heating” on the condition it would be delivered within 2-5 working days. I was advised I would have to wait 10 days from the date of order being placed to receive this. This has left me and my 12 week old baby, with no heating in minus 4 degrees! I am now having to rearrange the plumber that I’ve had booked in for 6 weeks as it’s extremely difficult to get trades people to come out at present to do a small job, and am being told there’s no availability until after Christmas now. When told this, “Elle” from customer services, said there’s nothing she could do and that the delivery company would be in the area next on Tuesday (today is Friday). She also quoted “Well we do advise you read all the terms and conditions before purchasing and booking in any trades men” when I explained my situation. Clearly a robotic customer service attitude with zero compassion for the fact that me and my newborn will now be spending the foreseeable huddled around an electric radiator, that I will have to purchase at my own cost, no thanks to “best heating”. I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere rather than dealing with these cowboys.

£500 radiator order and wrong radiators were sent. Had to pay £45 for collection before spending another £500 on radiators. When original items were refunded, only part of the order was refunded, leaving me in debt for collection as well as for an item that was returned. Awaiting a reply as to why.

Highly impressive service! I contacted Best Heating about a faulty radiator which was purchased four years ago. Staff were pleasant to deal with and, after photos were sent, they immediately arranged for a replacement which should arrive next week. The company are a pleasure to deal with and you can buy with some confidence knowing that if a problem occurs then it will be dealt with fairly and efficiently. Well done!

More than disappointed. I acknowledge that I made a mistake in my order and I had to return a radiator. But I had to do it fully at my own expense (costing more than the product itself!). Better being sure of what you are buying because their return policy is inexistent!! To make matter worse when I ask a commercial gesture at least to order the right radiator I’ve been offered a €9 discount! I’ll pass! Never again!!!!!

I posted a Heating question on houzz and John (Best Heating) was kind enough to go out of his way to provide very helpful technical information. He also arranged for someone from his company to call me and offer advice on products. As a result we have managed to remove two sets of very ugly pipes in our living room, go from two radiators down to one high output and improve the functionality of the room due to less space given over to radiators. On top of that the product we chose (Milano traditional vertical column radiator) is beautiful. It's modern whilst not looking too modern or too contemporary which would not fit in with our house and is of excellent quality. I would highly recommend this company from both a product and service perspective. I should also mention that whilst their products look very premium their pricing represents excellent value for money and their website is very easy to use. Thank you John for all of your help and advice, we are delighted with the end result.

I can highly recommend Best Heating. Not only are the designer radiators high end and very efficient, they are also pleasing on the eye. I had help from the advice centre and also used the BTU calculator. It made it easy to find the best option for each room. The delivery arrived the next day! I'm very happy that I chose Best Heating.

I've ordered several items from BestHeating who have always had the best prices, an excellent range and delivered on time. The website is easy to use and I can quickly find exactly what i'm looking for using their online BTU calculator. I've already got another project needing new radiators and this is where I'll be purchasing from.
