As a custom new home builder/developer, our company has been working with Bishop & Smith architects for almost a decade (since 2011), on dozens of various homes/projects. Everyone we have ever dealt with inside the company has always been professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They turn around our work in a timely fashion, think about what they're doing when working on revisions, and ask relevant questions as to help us cut down on unnecessary building material costs where possible. Their website has a public search option showcasing many of the floorplans they offer, which is extremely valuable when dealing with clients that want something specific, or when we're actively looking for a new product ourselves, it's a very helpful feature. Highly recommended!

We worked with Scott Bishop and his team on the plans for our new house built by Harbaugh Developers. From the first initial meeting through the approval of the final plans, Scott listened to our requests and created a plan to meet all our needs. Scott was patient, thoughtful, and creative. The whole process was a very good experience and the coordination with Harbaugh Developers was seamless. Could not be happier with the design of our new home.

Scott took the hand-drawn sketch I had placed on tablet paper and managed to create a blueprint for the home of our dreams. He paid close attention to detail to make sure we had the best flow and use of space throughout the entire footprint of the home. The unique design elements such as transom windows and extensive molding throughout the house are what set this company's work apart from the "cookie cutter designers". It was a pleasure working with Scott and his colleagues on this project. We look forward to moving into our gorgeous new home.
