My first thoughts when I think of Scott at Blend Design are honesty & professionalism. Scott listens intently and transpires ideas to life however at the same time he offers sound advice on functionality and materials. Our build commenced in April 2017 and in conjunction with the builder, Blend Design is still an integral part of the project and will remain so until completion.

We were introduced to Scott from Blend Residential Designs by our building broker and were more than happy with the design outcome, the process went smoothly with Scott being very experienced and professional in his approach and was conscious of our design brief and budget. The 3D design software was a great tool to visualize the end project, he was always available for feedback throughout the process and our twin development plans received building approval without any major problems. we would highly recommend Blend Residential Designs to anyone.

Scott and his team were very professional and came up with a design that matched exactly what we had requested. The process of going back and forth to make changes and discuss alternatives was very smooth especially given that we were overseas and did not meet Scott in person until the design was almost finished. Detail given was clear and concise which enabled us to make decisions and be confident with what was chosen, recommendations were made which we would not have thought of so this was very useful. Scott was also very good at listening and interpreting changes we were describing. We were also provided our design in 3D which was very useful as we were overseas at the time and this helped create a visual of the design. We had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend Blend Residential Designs.

Scott and his team, just designed our house. Fantastic team to work with, very professional, open and transparent in all the dealings we had. Provided us with great updates and communication throughout the process. It was our first build, Scott and his team guided us throughout the process as we were nervous and had heaps of questions and changes through the journey. We would recommend them to anyone, they made our journey stress less and fun.

Get it Done Renovations

We found Blend, professional, efficient and thorough. They kept us to budget and within brief. My husband and I appreciated their honesty in all facets of the project, they were always prompt to get back to us with calls and emails. Definitely took the stress out of planning approval process. Now we have just finished working drawings,are impressed with detail level and so is our builder. I would highly recommend them.

Highly Recommend! After (multiple) bad experiences with designers and architects from other companies we were thrilled when we discovered Blend Residential Designs. They were professional, reliable and easy to get in touch with. We already had a rough idea of our floor plan but the team at Blend came up with great ideas on how we could make it work on our narrow (10m) block. The whole process with them was very easy and there were no problems getting our plans approved by council.

A wonderful company ! Confronted with an extremely difficult block, five adjoining neighbours and two children under four, Blend made the design process relatively easy and also ensured our house was designed to our budget. So happy we discovered Blend ! They are young, enthusiastic, proactive and client focussed. Our plans were submitted to Council and we received building approval without any major issues. We would highly recommend Blend.

We have found Scott @ Blend Design very easy to deal with despite the geographic distance. He has some great software tools that allow us to log in from our PC & go through our plans & updates over the internet. He has always been available to meet with us when we went to Perth even on weekends & after hours. Scott has a very keen attention to detail & brought together the plan we had in our mind & put it on paper, with a lot of great practical ideas. We have found him to be extremely personable & professional at all times & understanding or our personal & family needs. He has been great working towards our prescribed budget & has made a lot of effort to keep the project ticking along as we have a lot going on in our lives so it was easy to get off track & lose time. We have no hesitation in recommending him to prospective clients & hope to work with him again in the future.
