We've been working with Kaplan Construction on smaller projects for 10+ years now. I truly appreciate how Bob believes in quality work. I never have to worry that the job won't be done right. They are very responsive and always courteous and patient. The last job was retiling our patio, refinishing our BBQ and firepit, and installing string lights. We are extremely happy with the results.

I have worked with Bob and his crew for several projects including my own home. They are always very professional, courteous and most importantly I have never had to worry about their quality. Many of my designs are not standard "out of the box" ideas. Bob doesn't shy away from unique projects like many contractors do.

Bob and his crew did an amazing job. They were able to take our vision for our 1,400 sf addition and make it a reality (see before and after pictures below). The workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. We continue to get compliments on our house from friends, family and people just passing by. We hired Kaplan Construction for a kitchen and loft remodel on our condo in Aliso Viejo. I was a bit nervous at first with suggestions made but was over the moon with the results. A team came in and quickly handled the demolish portion with clean up immediately afterwards. Once the dry wall had been removed his vision completely apparent and the change incredible. Suggestions within our budget and the completed project amazing. I would recommend Kaplan Construction and look forward to our next project.
