Their regular maintenance service is very good and the staff are always professional. However, an unusual weed problem cost extra but was never quite resolved. It would have been nice to have the name of a representative whom I could call for regular updates about the process, instead of having to e-mail the boss who was not quick to reply to my inquiries. I recommended them to two neighbors who now use their services; both have the same weed problem.

We have used The Grounds Guys (Brad Bell) for about two years for mowing, as well as small landscaping projects and really enjoy working with them. The crews are polite, hardworking, and very thorough. We really enjoy working with this company and will definitely be keeping them!
