I have recently asked LBJ to do a replacement of a range and vent hood in our kitchen. I like to use them for all of my projects like this because I used them to remodel all three of our bathrooms as well as install a new fireplace and other projects (driveway, floors). Every project is done with the owner in mind and they are always courteous and leave your house in a clean state. I especially appreciate that they stand 100% behind their work and are diligent in their work ethic.

These people are wonderful! They bid a couple of jobs for my first time Buyers on houses in Memorial that did not work out for the Buyers. I saw their signs in both Memorial and West University. My husband and I needed work done on our house, they got the call! The deck they built is absolutely beautiful. The painting and sheetrock corrected some errors from a previous contractor. Our main contact, Daniel was always the incredibly knowledgeable professional. He took responsibility whether or not have caused the issue. There was always a way to accomplish the goal. He has amazing skill and he did not whine!

Custom Cabinets by Design

Custom Cabinets by Design has been working with LBJ Construction for 2 years and we have collaborated on many kitchen and bath remodels. They are a very professional, detail oriented company with one goal...customer satisfaction. All of the Project managers at LBJ Construction are fantastic to work with, their attention to detail is unmatched in the industry. The office is runs as professional as the field and is one of the most friendly environments you'll encounter. LBJ has been using many of the same sub-contractors for years, making the projects run smoother and on time. I would highly recommend LBJ Construction for your next remodel project, large or small.

I have been working with Breck and James for over three years and I would say they are more like family than our contractor. They always respond, are respectful take complete pride in what they do. We have had small repairs (projects) all the way to complete room remodels for the studs up. They work clean, within budget and also keep to the time frame they quote. Who could ask for more than that. I wold say that James know my house as well if not better than me and I own the home. he treats every job as if he was working on him own property. Again could you get better than that.

My husband and I hired LBJ Construction /Handy Man Division The process from start to finish was truly the best customer service I have ever received. From prompt response in scheduling, the actual workers in our home, to follow up and communication. The workers were extremely polite and had a "can do" , positive attitude with every task and did a great job with the tasks. We hired them repeatedly over a 3 month period after moving into our new home. They helped us with everything from setting up our garage to hanging pictures, installing ceiling fans, etc. I highly recommend this company.

We have used LBJ for both major renovations and handyman work. We have always been very pleased. They worked within out budget guidelines. They respond quickly to requests and always leave the worksite neat and orderly. Whenever we contemplate major or minor repair/renovations we always go directly to them.

LBJ has done two major jobs for us. The first was a total redesign of our master bathroom. It involved moving fixtures, changing closet layouts and all new cabinets. They did a great job. They worked cleanly and respected that we were still trying to live in our house. They explained the timeline and kept us informed daily. The second was a major rebuild of our kitchen. All new appliances, built-ins, etc. Like any remodel we had some surprises but LBJ came up with solutions. We have referred them to many friends and all have been very satisfied. We use their Handyman services frequently too.

I have used LBJ Handyman services many many times and am always very pleased with their work and never disappointed! James and his staff are professional, trustworthy and do an excellent job paying attention to the details. He has the attitude that the customer is always right. No job is to small in the handyman services- I have had them do things from hanging picture frames to remodeling. I highly recommend LBJ Handyman services!!!

We moved into a new home and had many jobs that needed to be done like installing a gas grille, installing shelves, mounting art work, installing electronic timers and occupancy switches, installing an electrical outlet for a TV set, mounting plant containers on walls, etc. These guys showed up when they said that would and got after it like a buzzsaw. They finished the work in very short order and cleaned up after themselves. On an hourly basis they were not the cheapest people I could have hired, but I think I came out ahead by hiring trustworthy people who knew what they were doing and got the jobs done very fast and very well.

After evaluating several general contractors to remodel and update my house, I hired Breck Powers and LBJ Construction to do the work. I felt that LBJ offered the best level of experience and quality of workmanship for the money. Remodeling a home can be an expensive and stressful experience, but Breck and his team did an excellent job of keeping me involved throughout the process and managing the entire effort professionally. I've since used LBJ on other, smaller projects around my house and wouldn't hesitate using them again in the future.
