Urban|Rural Design provides a holistic, integrated design approach to create unique, efficient, and contextual architecture. For the past twenty years, projects have ranged from office buildings, schools, restaurants, community buildings, and single family homes. Since 1994, Brian Majeski has designed and managed projects large and small, commercial and residential, in various parts of the country. He is currently an Associate of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and serves on the City of Fort Collins Urban Design Working Group, which is part of creating the city's new master plan. He is also serving on the Colorado State University Institute for the Built Environment's (IBE) LENSES Program.

Brian has helped me with multiple projects and is unbelievably creative. He has a great eye and comes up with some really great looking designs even when handcuffed such as on an addition. I would recommend him highly.

Urban | Rural Design designed our remodel with passive solar techniques to make a beautiful livable home. Brian also designed our six car garage with a studio on one end. I love the way it fits in the landscape. It’s large but it does not seem imposing. We also had Brian design a cabin for our ranch. Again he designed a cabin with a visually inspiring interior and an exterior that fits well with the existing buildings. Brian is a true artist.

We were so pleased with Brian's vision and design for our addition. Our house was built in the late 90's and was ready for a new, refreshing modern look. Brian always offered us quality service and worked with us through our whole process. This was our first time using an architect and we really needed him to guide us through our follow up steps with the city and obtaining a permit. Thanks for holding our hands! :) He's so helpful and also has recommendations for builders and structural engineer partners. Brian takes pride in his work and really listens to his clients.
