Landmark just finished our custom home project. The house was built with the highest quality and exceptional craftsmanship. Of equal importance, the Landmark team was great to work with. John, Paul, Kellie and the rest are true professionals. They helped connect us with an outstanding architect/design firm and quarterbacked the project from day 1. Communication was on point throughout, the project was always moving forward, and they delivered an amazing home.. Great builder, great service, highly recommend.

UPDATE: Following completion of our custom home, John Caulfield and his team at Landmark Builders, proven experts in their field, have continued to follow-up with us making sure everything is fine with the home and readily assisting with any minor issues that arise (as is to be expected with any new build). We have received nonstop compliments from family, friends, neighbors and others visiting the neighborhood (delivery services, utility providers, etc.) about how beautiful and sophisticated they find our home's ultra modern design. As stated before, Landmark Builders are extremely organized, very detail oriented and leave little to chance/possible misunderstanding, etc..--they use a software program that helped keep us informed with almost daily progress updates and responded very quickly to status inquiries, questions, etc.. They are very friendly and respectful and easy to work with--not very common in the building trades. Anyone that is considering making a substantial home build investment should think long and hard about who they trust to serve as builder--again, we are extremely pleased that we chose Landmark Builders for our custom home build and highly recommend Landmark Builders without reservation. John your projects just keep getting better and better, you have truly mastered the craft of custom building! Your clients have great taste too! I just spent time reviewing your transitional farmhouse. I was brought there by an article on kitchens. After I saw a great kitchen I liked, I saw it was yours. I love the Island wood top, the dark notes throughout the house, the play of light in the great room, the outdoor living space, and the way the house and yard are terraced to fit the site contours and maximize the fabulous views. Now that I have fully retired as a custom builder myself, I am following your good work and gathering up ideas for my retirement home. Well done and keep up the great work.

Landmark Builders exceeded our expectations on our very lengthy kitchen/family rooms remodel. From start to finish, their whole team met the challenges of this complicated project with professionalism, and also took care of small details along the way.
