We believe that good design starts with the smallest of inspirations. We love guiding our clients through the design process from initial ideas to placing the last pillow of the sofa. Bungalow 56 can assist with ground up construction projects, complete remodels, kitchen + bath remodels, furniture and styling accessories.
About Us : Jessica and Karyn have been collaborating on all things creative since they met in 1996, working together in the fashion industry. They both pursued their love of design with careers in Interior Design and Event Planning.
Jessica Nicolls has been in the design industry for over 12 years. She started her career working in an architecture firm and then attended the Art Institute of San Diego to pursue her degree in Interior Design. She started her own interior design firm 6 years ago and hasn't looked back since.
Karyn has been in the design world for over 13 years, and has an extensive background in the furniture industry. She has operated two design firms with large showrooms and also owned and operated Soiree Events in Truckee, CA. Designing event décor and layout for Best of Tahoe Chefs from 2008-2011 and local events from baby showers to weddings.
They officially joined forces to create Bungalow 56 Interiors & Events, which has been years in the making and are very excited to share their talents in the San Diego area and beyond.
