First impressions are the most important - especially when it comes to your home. Kim Rayburn is an award winning interior designer based in Charleston, SC. A passionate worker, artist and designer, Kim is always seeking out the next trend before it hits mainstream. Her travels have taken her all over the world – Europe, Hong Kong, Africa, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Kim started her concierge style treatment of clients as a Certified Meeting Planner. She researched exotic locals for a wide variety of Fortune 500 companies, and was responsible for arranging all aspects of these high end retreats as well as the executive’s itinerary. Kim found incredible beauty in these destinations and was determined to recreate that atmosphere in client’s homes. These experiences led her to becoming a representative for two national companies, Modern History and Somerset Bay. Kim has had a presence at AmericasMart-Atlanta and High Point Furniture Market for many years and is always out front when it comes to current and fresh styles. Interior Designer, Rebecca Hunt, joined the Charleston Luxury Interiors Team in 2021 after moving to Charleston from Atlanta. Rebecca is passionate about helping people create and enjoy their ideal living space. She specializes in new construction and home renovations. Together, they create engaging spaces uniquely designed to your individual taste that fit within your schedule and budget. Kim was a joy to work with on my Charleston townhouse in Halsey Park. We had fun picking out a perfect mix of serious and fun fabrics, window treatments and wallpaper. The “wow” furniture pieces that she picked out really made the space and she made sure that a large vintage mirror installation was perfect. I would highly recommend Charleston Luxury Interiors!

I love working with Kim and her team! They are professional, organized, creative, efficient and make decorating my home so enjoyable. She understands what I am looking for and how I want each room to feel, understanding great design but also functionality. I started working with Kim 2 years ago and she continues to deliver the level of service I expect. We started with a set of leather chairs and I have since re-done my dining room, master bedroom, kitchen and now working on guest quarters, pool house and pool.

Kim stepped in at the last minute to help with our Charleston Symphony Orchestra Design House. She was new to the process but delivered a beautiful design in a very short time frame. We received many positive comments on her styling and selection of furnishings and accessories. She was easy to work with and I would definitely recommend.
