There is a lot to say about this company. We had a home built 2 years ago now and had a horrible experience with the owner John Chase and some of his crew. To be fair we never had any issues with the subcontractors and the quality for the most part is great. There are some issues that make our home far from perfect. Our biggest issues were awful communication (worse than any other construction company I have worked with), 3-4 projects managers throughout our build (lots of turnover), delays with build, and just plain unprofessional behavior from the owner, as he knew we were dissatisfied with many things. Due to COVID, our 11 month walkthrough was pushed off, which was understandable. At this point we are just waiting for one more task to be finished (my husband has been messaging for an update for weeks with no response) and we can't wait to be done with this company. I'm sure that there have been people that have been satisfied with this company but feel that people need to know that this company is far from perfect and that we wish we would have gone with a different builder.

Chase Custom Homes build us our forever home this year. They were there with us each step of the way from the layout to picking out paint. Even with a few set backs due to COVID-19 and minor fixes along the way, they hit our deadline. Josh, Nick and Bill were always just a phone call, text or email away. Very pleasant team to work with and would recommend them to help you build your dream home. :)

Chase was very helpful throughout the process of building our first home. They had great communication from start to finish with weekly updates. They made the step by step process very transparent and easy to follow. Highly recommended

Chase Custom Homes made the process of building a home as easy as it could be and took as much of the stress off us as possible. They were within reason of all deadlines and closing date, and built a beautiful home. We had a couple minor issues with a cabinet and they addressed it immediately, I can say they really stand behind their product.
