We are 100% happy with our remodel. Our home was transformed from quirky to amazing. Chris is very professional. He is attentive and super easy to work with, and his attentional to detail is off the charts. We began the process just wanting to remodel our Kitchen and the upstairs living space, but once we saw his amazing design, we decided to add a Master Bathroom Remodel as well. Kitchen Concepts was really good to work with. They met with me and listened to what we were looking for in terms of design and style. The rendering that he did took into consideration the ideas that we had passed on. The contractor and subcontractors were very professional and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with our master bathroom.

Our house was built in 1993 and was due for a remodeling and we chose Kitchen Concept because we had seen their designs at open houses and we're always impressed. About three years ago we had Chris revise our kitchen which included new cabinets, center island, and floor covering. We couldn't have been more pleased with the end result! This year we challenged Kitchen Concept with remodeling our master bedroom and bath. This included taking out a guest bath to enlarge the current closet and add a new closet for me. At the same time we decided to have them design and build a 400 sq ft four seasons room to replace the deck. These were major projects and I was real impressed again with Kitchen Concepts creativity and knowledge about construction. I had a number of contractors tell me they like working for Kitchen Concepts but they know their quality of work has to be 100% or they will be reworking it until it is. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to do a high quality remodel and they have proven that they aren't limited to just kitchens!

We have just had our third good experience with Kitchen Concepts. It is fun to work with the Volkman's and also quite easy. Mike, their carpenter/installer is very talented and accommodating. I am always happy with the final product and our recent kitchen, utility and foyer products for our lake cabin are beautiful and well suited for our specific family needs.

Kitchen Concepts remodeled our master bathroom, master bedroom and master closet, and they did an incredible job! We gave them a list of design challenges - we needed more storage, bigger closets, etc., and they came up with an amazing plan to help us rethink the space. The project manager was as conscientious in our home as he would be in his own home. We trusted him so much, we even left on vacation for much of the project. The finished product was absolutely stunning. Truly, our new space is like a Four Seasons room! We love it. Not only that, but they stand by their work. A year and a half after the work was completed, we had a minor problem come up. We called them, they immediately called the faucet company and were out that day to fix it - no charge to us.

We had Kitchen Concepts do the design and remodel of our kitchen and hearth area 3 years ago and still pleased with the outcome today! We enjoyed working with their staff and felt confident they were able to take care of any construction challenges that came our way (which happens often when you're remodeling and uncover previous problems!). We enjoyed their work so much that we had them design and build an outdoor kitchen for us, followed by renovation of our downstairs bar area and outdoor seating area with covered patio, exterior lighting, outdoor heaters, and entertainment area. Looking forward to having them renovate our master bathroom next! (Listed below was our first project date.)

Chirs, Mike and their team were UNBELIEVABLE! Chirs was amazing in digging in and finding the right solution for all of my needs... He understood my budget and my needs... Had amazing ideas for me, and perfect solutions. Mike lead the contracting team and was PERFECT! They were great to have in your home, efficient and extremely helpful. It has been 2 years, and I have cooked hundreds of meals, and LOVE every single minute in my new kitchen. I still laugh when I pull out my appliances that fit perfectly into the cabinets Chris designed! All in all... an incredible experience!

I have had the oppurtunity to work with Kitchen Concepts on many occasions for many years. They are always eager to help no matter what level the project envolves. I will always know the material will be of the best quality with installers who are well informed and qualified for the job. Knowing the project will be completed as promptly as possible I can turn the details over to Kitchen Concepts knowing they will be taken care of. One of my favorite reasons for using Kitchen Concepts is their creativity. I know my jobs will not be ordinary run of the mill. They think "way outside of the box" opening your eyes and mind to endless options.

Kitchen Concepts was a great team to work with during our bathroom re-design and update. We had some ideas of what we wanted by looking at model homes but Chris took our ideas and improved upon them. We especially like what he did with the shower and bathtub. Chris also added a built in chest of draws with a granite top and a bench by the shower that had a dual purpose, that is, a bench as well as a laundry hamper. Chris paid special attention to details and made sure the work was done right in all aspects. As with any remodel you always come up with something you’d like to change during the process. Chris was great to work with but most of all he showed a great deal of integrity by standing by his word and the intent of the design and not just the wording of the contract. We would definitely recommend Kitchen Concepts for your next home improvement.
