Cindy Ross was hired to design a new law office space in an old building. The work was very extensive involving a complete demolition of the interior of two adjoining buildings to create an attractive professional space with efficient functionality. The project included tearing down walls, adding windows, dealing with unleveled floors, designing the floor plan, adding an elevator, designing custom cabinetry and reception desk, flexible lighting, incorporating furnishings from the current space, and the full design of colors and materials from the floor to the ceiling. Cindy was respectful in meeting the needs of each of the partners, a much more difficult task than dealing with just one boss. Her designed was considerate of the comfort of the staff with efficient flow, work space, privacy & natural lighting. Cindy coordinated with the builders and professionals who were hired to complete the different components of the project. She was brilliant in understanding our needs and provided great ideas and solutions. We would definitely recommend her.

During the interview process Cindy was very attentive to our thoughts on what the final outcome of the design should be. In short order she was on the same page and was able to bring the thoughts to reality, recommending excellent craftsman and suppliers to complete the build. Cindy did not tolerate substandard work or material and approached all in a very professional manner. Cindy was very thoughtful, easy to approach, very professional, and knew when to stand her ground to make sure the "flow" of the home was maintained.
