Owners Karl Meter and Barb Roessner each have over 20 years combined experience in closet and cabinet design, building and installation with some of the top companies in the industry. After working together for a few years, they realized what a good "team" they are and decided to put their experience and knowledge to the test. In September 2011 they formed Simply Closets & Cabinets. Karl and Barb share a passion for this industry and take great pride in their product and cater to their clients. They care as much about you and your home as you do. They know your time is valuable and your home is precious so their goal is to provide you with beautiful and functional cabinetry at a price you can afford in a time frame that works for you. We specialize in custom closet and cabinet design and installation from the very basic to the elegant. Karl and Barb will personally hold your hand through the whole process, whether they are helping you with your closet, bathroom, home office, laundry room, garage storage, kitchen or whatever project you are working on.

Worst customer service ever. After spending alot of money doing custom built-ins and closet organizers in 3 investment properties and our home we called because the upper and lower lighting didn’t work— after 3 months. We were told they no longer do lighting installs and to call an electrician. They would not give us the contact info for their supplier No luck when we hired an electrician— called them again but they won’t help. They no longer do installs for a reason— they didn’t know what they were doing.

Simply Closets did a great job on our 2 walk ins and linen closet. They gave a fair estimate, completed the project on time and the technician was very nice! We are very pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend them.

Barb Roessner (Owner and designer) and Karl (Owner and Craftsman) spent lots of time with us in designing and updating/refacing our 15 year old "white" kitchen cabinets. Fabulous suggestions, meticulous detail, and just really nice folks to work with. Barb even helped with our backsplash tile decision, and steered us in the right direction on hardware choices. I would recommend them to anyone in SW Florida for Cabinets and Closet work! Thanks Simply Closets and Cabinets! My wife and I are very happy, and your pricing was GREAT!

Simply Closets was an excellent company to design and build our custom closets. Barb was the designer who very thoughtful and creative, balancing function and design . The guys who did the installation were great too, arriving on time and focusing on the details to making the end results excellent. We are so pleased with all our closets. Pricing was very competitive. This is the second home where we have chosen Barb and her team as our closet company ! Look no further and just call Barb!

Jenn came out to our home and drew up plans for theee areas of our home. We installed closet organizers in our master bedroom, cabinets, countertop and sink in our laundry room, and garage cabinets. We are extremely happy with the quality of all 3 areas, and exceptionally happy with the installation process. We are also planning to have Simply Closets come back out and do some additional work for us. We have already, and will continue to recommend them.

I have researched many companies in the Fort Myers area and gotten 6 quotes and designs. Simply Closet & Cabinet provided me with extra quality that none of the other companies could match for great price. Barb showed up to my house promptly and immediately understood my needs. She provided me with a practical design. I also expressed that I wanted to add granite countertop to my design and she provided me with many great options of stone to choose from, other companies were making this design option difficult. The installation of my closet was quick and the installers left the work space clean. I would definitely hire this company for future project !

Tracey Clere from Simply Closets is the best! This is the 2nd home I had closets installed by this company and I must say, Tracey exceeded my expectations. We went from one large walk in closet to his/hers closets, which seemed a bit smaller to me, but Tracey organized it so that everything fit perfectly. She listened to my needs and delivered. She is a great representative of Simply Closets and would highly recommend her and Barb too. Thanks again for organizing my closet space. For someone who love to be organized - it's a must! We used Simply Closets & Cabinets to design and instal two closets for our newly constructed home. We found them to be extremely competent in all phases. They overlooked the installation of a mirror in my wife's closet and immediately made arrangements to have it installed by a glass vendor. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered my closets through a referral from Robb and Stucky. Simply Closets measured and drew the plans with my input. While I was back in Wisconsin the closets were built and fit into the closet space of the house I Purchased in Fort Myers, Florida. I was thrilled when I saw them. They were everything and more that I had hoped for! It was a bit intimidating to buy something sight unseen, but Barb kept me informed throughout the process and the house was left spic and span. I highly recommend Simply Closets & Cabinets!

I had a fantastic experience working with Simply Closets & Cabinets and especially with our designer, Jenny, and installer, John. They designed, made, and installed cabinetry for our laundry room, and they also produced for us a beautiful built-in entertainment center. Jenny is highly professional and a delight to work with. She has great ideas and also knows how to listen to and accommodate your specific needs and aesthetic. John is a perfectionist and an extremely skilled carpenter. You couldn't ask for a nicer or more detail-oriented craftsman to install your cabinetry. They both want to make sure they get it right and that you are extremely satisfied with the finished product. I am looking forward to working with them again in the near future.
