I bought the queen Nectar mattress and bed base. It came with pillows, sheets and a protector as part of a free accessories deal they were pushing. I purchased the items 4/6/2020. They were shipped 4/15/2020. The delivery address input at order time was not correct, which was my bad for mistyping. I immediately reached out via chat and email. The two separate agents I spoke to did not speak English, their messages were filled with typos and they claimed they could not fix the delivery address, which was just a single digit off. I eventually heard back from my email and things were fixed. I did not get my bed and mattress until 4/20/2020. My sheets, protector,etc.. never arrived. I reached out 4/20/2020 and only heard back 4/26/2020. I got my sheets and protector 5/7/2020, an entire month after ordering the product. The queen foundation is poor quality. It looks and feels like a piece of used Ikea furniture, just bad. The mattress reeks of chemicals and is uncomfortable. The pillows suck, I guess the protector was fine, but it took a month to get to me, so it's not exactly a selling quality. I requested a refund on 5/21/2020, it was not processed until 6/13/2020. I still HAVE NOT gotten my full refund as of 6/25/2020. I have reached out about the issues with my refund several times, with NO RESPONSE. They have only refunded me about half the amount I am owed. I am seething and just want everyone to know that they should beware of Nectar. The phone number listed garners no response, just plays wait music. I have called 3-4 times and have not once spoken to someone, despite waiting upwards of 45 minutes at a time. Customer service emails take 1 week to get back. They are a waste of time and money and I sincerely regret giving Nectar my business.

The worst customer service experience I've ever received and I worked in the service industry as a professional for over 40 years. Unbelievable lack of response and honesty. I placed my order on April 25, 2020, at which time I was told "2-3 days to process and 3-4 days for delivery". After mulitiple contacts after the 7th day, I could only get one consistent response...."We are working on it". Received a portion of the order (mattress on May 7, 2020) and I'm still waiting on the bed frame with headboard as of today, June 1, 2020. The status remains as "processing". I have made more than a dozen contacts via chat, as they no longer accept phone calls. ( Wonder why...it's obvious, they are overwhelmed with complaints and customers attempting to receive their orders.) I was told I could not return the mattress for 30 days after receipt. So, as of June 4, 2020, I'll begin the process of return, as I won't sleep on the floor with my new mattress any longer. Stay away from this retailer. They are spending a fortune on advertising when they should redirect some of the resources to improving their customer service process. It's sad that their employees have to make excuses for the company's lack or inability to fulfill their orders in a timely manner. Wish I'd never heard of the word "NECTAR"!

I ordered a mattress over two weeks ago with a promise delivery that has since passed. I have spoken to over 6 people and each one has given me a different answer. So far my mattress was to be shipped Sept 19-21 but then it shipped on the 28th, but then it shipped on the 27th, but then it was to ship on Oct 2, and then Oct 5. I requested a refund but was told that couldn't happen until Fedex received the mattress. I kept pushing with these resistant dregs until finally they processed my refund immediately.......at least that's what they told me - hopefully they were being straightup for once.

It was super easy to carry into the bedroom, and right after we opened it, the bed just started expanding…It did have a bit of a smell for a few hours but we ended up taking a nap on it later that afternoon and loved it. We joke that we cant wait to sneak into bed at night. Trial and warranty are nice but we’re happy with how it feels.

We have been sleeping on it for a month and I'm really happy with the mattress, has been really sleep great. It did take what felt like forever to come so we had to order an air mattress… major pain as we had just moved but happy we did not cancel. Now we’re shopping for bed stands and carpets :)n

I recently purchased a Nectar Sleep thanks to their financing plan, we saw some really cool unboxing videos on YouTube and decided to give the 365 night trial and forever warranty a try.

Very comfortable. I like the forever warranty and 365 night trial. I’ve only had the mattress a few weeks but so far so good, the customer service team was great and asked us to leave a review here, more than happy with all their help.

I’ve ordered from Nectar twice. First for our guest bedroom and then for our son, our guests couldn't get enough.. The price is a no brainer for smaller beds, the first time shipping did take almost 16 days but second time was faster than estimate by a day. We are very happy with our Nectar Sleep and now considering their frame but having fun buying new sheets.

If I could give it a minus star, I would. First, it took a month and a half to get the Nectar mattress delivered, after they had been sitting on my money that entire time. Second, the mattress is hard. ROCK hard. Kills the back, shoulders, makes my feet go numb. Third, their return/refund process is a nightmare. Took 3 weeks to get a credit, it's now been 4 weeks and I received an email at 1:43AM my time saying they'd pick up the mattress TODAY between 9-11AM. NO show. No email, no call, no text. I will give it 5 days then let them know I will be invoicing THEM a storage fee, not to mention missed work hours due to a no-show.

Won't deliver the mattress and won't refund my money. Bad combo. Going to have to get FTC involved or something I guess... would NOT recommend and would actually STRONGLY encourage people to go elsewhere

Horrible service the likes of which I have never encountered from any company before. I ordered a mattress over a month ago and finally received an email stating that my order had shipped on 3/17. I have still not received my mattress, a FedEx tracking number has never been provided, and now when I call the only people who I can reach are the sales staff who have no information about existing orders. Ashley at extention 701, who had formerly been so helpful and kind, has dropped of the face of the earth. Voicemails go unanswered. Emails go unanswered. Facebook messages go unanswered. The utter lack of communication from a retailer like this is astounding and I'm beginning to feel like I've been scammed. Nectar, stonewalling your customers is not the way to do business.
