After contacting multiple landscape companies, and having been ghosted by most of them, we were pleased with the quick response from Missy at CreateScapes. We checked her online reviews and were a bit concerned by a couple comments about how she communicated with clients/prospects. Let’s just say this! If you want honesty and transparency, you’ll get 100 percent of that from Missy. We were thrilled with her continued communication from start to finish and her desire to make sure they were meeting our expectations. The crew? They were fantastic! They answered questions, went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied, and even befriend the little neighbor child who was fascinated with the skid steer. It was a pleasure to work with Missy and her crew at Createscape. I called them late last season when other places didn’t even return calls. After consulting with Missy, she planned a gorgeous patio with fire pit, attractively placed within the backyard, nice design touches and materials, quite different from what I’d planned, but ever so much better. And all very reasonably priced. She always stayed in touch with me, promptly and pleasantly. The workers were polite, on schedule, diligent and careful. The y cleaned up daily and carefully did the prep work. The quality is impeccable. Cannot recommend too highly. It’s been a long time since I experienced work this satisfactory.

Missy at Createscape created a great plan for replacing 50+ year old walks and landscaping for our 60's ranch. She was very responsive to questions via calls and emails. The crew did excellent work with great attention to detail, arrived early everyday. The finished project looks great and we have gotten several compliments from neighbors and passerbys!

Missy helped us create our new fabulous paver patio. After we picked out the pavers, she created the design. It was better than we could have imagined. Dan and the rest of her team turned the design into our new patio. It was amazing to watch the progress every day. They finished the project with plants, mulch, and sod. Our yard looks so nice. We were so pleased with Createscape from start to finish! Missy was just wonderful to work with. She had fantastic ideas and a great vision for what our yard would look like at the end. She was very thorough when she went over the drawn up plans for us and did not rush us when we had questions. Another thing I loved about Missy is that she frequently stopped in while the project was in progress to see how things were going. She also kept me posted on things via text or phone call. Our two main workers were Dan and Jim and I cannot say enough about these guys either! They were such hard workers who always cleaned up at the end of the day. They were polite and kind and worked so hard...did I mention that already?? Dan and Jim built us a new set of steps that were not only stunningly beautiful, but also met the challenges of our physical needs. They also put in my favorite feature (besides the steps) which was a little bubbling fountain! I highly recommend adding this to any outdoor space! And while I'm recommending things, I also recommend LIGHTS! We put lights on the fountain, in the steps, and hilighted trees. Our new plantings look fabulous and they were even able to use some of our old plantings! My final thought is I love the placement of all of the new plantings. Our yard just has a better flow to it and it looks beautiful! Thank you, Createscape!

Missy and her crew were an absolute delight to work with. Extremely happy with their work! Extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Last summer we had to take down 3 huge ash trees because of the Emerald Ash Borer. Our whole backyard was shade and planted with shade plants. We hired Missy to help come up with a plan and then implement it. She listened to what plants I liked and incorporated them into a doable design for our slope. We also got to add in some Maple trees, a Service Berry and a Magnolia tree. Her crew were polite, knew what they were doing and worked hard to reinvent our now sun landscape. This summer we were able to really see how everything is shaping up! We had 100 percent of the perennials that came back and I am actually excited to see every new bloom. They also did our Spring cleanup and mulch. Not inexpensive, but they did a perfect job and I am glad we did it

Missy was extremely helpful in transforming our ugly front yard into a beautiful garden, complete with new paver walkway. She listened to our wants and came up with a plant list that is not like others in the area. She actually created the walkway on her own in a second plan, since we didn't think we wanted to do that. We like the work so much that we have asked her to come up with plans for the side of our home.

Missy and crew are AMAZING! We met 18 years ago and again at the Garden Show 2018. She did a fabulous job updating our front landscape 18 years ago and now freshened up the front and the back! A true JOY to work with and beautiful results! If you’re looking for a true landscape artist who knows her stuff, Missy and Createscape is your call!!
