d'Arcy & Associates Architecture, Inc. is supurb. As a high end custom home builder, we need well developed plans and their attention to detail is top notch. Charles and Chad are not only professional but they care about their clients and it shows with not only their design work and drafting, but in their attitude as well. There are a lot of excellent architects out there, but Charles and team are my favorite to work with. When we build these big luxury coastal custom homes, the need for thoughtful attention to detail is an absolute must and between Chad and Charles, there hasnt been anything that we couldnt develop that was not only highly functional, but beautiful as well. A++ from Brendon Newman at Corbin Reeves Construction!

Friendly, professional, accurate, creative and timely...all words I would use to describe d'Arcy & Associates. We were introduced to the firm during the planning stages of an extensive renovation of our home. After meeting with Charles we hired them to produce the working drawings for the renovation, obtain City Building Permits and process our application through our Homeowner Association. Thanks in large part to their ability to listen, communicate, and problem solve all of 3 of these steps went incredibly smoothly! Building Permits and Homeowner approval were received in record time primarily due to the accurate and complete plans the firm produced. d'Arcy & Associates is a client focused firm that is definitely worth a look!

d'Arcy &Associates drew the plans and processed the permits for our approx. 4300 sq. ft. home on the bay. They are very creative, and professional in all aspects of the design process exceptional in the development of the drawings and detailed in the working building documents. Charles and his team are a delight to work with, very responsive, always on time, with good humor and personality. We have done a great deal of home building and rate d'Arcy at the top of the profession. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

We met Charles and explained what we thought we wanted for a remodel. He came back to us a few weeks later with the most amazing set of plans. We went from a remodel to a brand new home. I never could have imagined such an beautiful home. He listened to what we both desired delivered custom features beyond what we could have dreamed. BROCKINGTON INTERIORS

I am an interior designer and have worked with Charles d'Arcy and his team for many years now. One of our first projects together was a custom spec home. It turned out amazing and Charles was there 100% of the way, brining with him his creativity, enthusiasm and knowledge. His team is also very professional and are extremely dependable. I can't say enough about Charles and his team and I HIGHLY recommend them.

I can’t say enough about the positive experience I had with Charles d’Arcy . He engaged in the vision and challenges of designing 2 attached condominiums on a very small lot near the beach. As a realtor and real estate investor I have high expectations and he exceeded them. He showed creativity, integrity, professionalism and passion for his work. I truly enjoyed the experience of working with him.
