Mick Feduniec, owner and president of Deckscapes, served as a Board of Director for the prestigious North American Deck and Rail Association (NADRA). Our quest to have our existing deck expanded began in January 2023. Mick came and gave us ideas and recommendations on the best way to approach the project. Because we have an HOA, we had to get approval, which was time consuming. Mick was very accommodating with the HOA requests as well as reworking the plan that we originally started with. He did multiple changes for us until it was exactly what we wanted. The work began in mid March and took a little more than a week due to rain. The construction team was great and our next door neighbor barely knew they were working because they were quiet and respectful. Mick and Mike stopped by several times to make sure everything was what we wanted. We couldn't be happier with the work that they did, we LOVE our new outdoor space.

Deckspaces did a wonderful job on our new screen porch with a second story deck. They communicated well, came when they said they woudl and kept a clean worksite. The fit and finish of the deck as well as the detail work are top notch. Highly recommended.

This is an extremely easy post to write. Deckscapes did a wonderful job extending our covered porch into the yard with a Trex deck. From our initial meeting where they offered design ideas to the construction with a great team who built to the final follow up after completion. Great job and added value to you home. We love it.

The entire Deckscape crew were outstanding, end to end. Mike was very approachable and was transparent throughout the entire project. The project was to replace an existing (open) deck with an enclosed/covered porch and we have been very pleased with the results.

Deckscapes is fantastic. They were able to get my 3-season room built much sooner than other builders, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Their carpentry team is especially impressive. Mike and the project management team are very responsive, always a pleasure to deal with, and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. About halfway through the project we asked about a significant addition to the project, and they hit it out of the park. I've done a LOT of renovation work around Charlotte and these guys were as professional as anyone I've worked with. Highly Recommended.

Deckscapes did a fantastic job on my small deck project. Management is professional, the carpenters skilled and pricing competitive. I spoke with about five other companies for my small deck project. Chip showed the most depth of knowledge and gave me the most confidence that the job would be done right. After the agreement was executed, the job was turned over to the project manager, Mike, who was professional, intelligent, and experienced. He reviewed the entire project with me in detailed and coordinated with the carpenters (Glen and Matt). Glen and Matt were skilled craftsmen who tackled the job quickly. A few minor items were not done to my satisfaction at first but, the team revised these with no argument whatsoever making sure I was happy and fully satisfied. I would definitely recommend Deckscapes!

We have had our decks and screened porch for 6 years and are very satisfied with the work. The porch and decks look as good as the day the job was completed. Deckscapes was easy to work with and started/completed their work on time. We have requested service (minimal) after the job was completed and they have followed-up without question in a timely manner. I would recommend Deskscapes without hesitation.

Working with Mick on our deck/pool project was a delight!! Mick worked with us on the design of our new composite decking to compliment the install of our new pool. He made several trips to our home during the pool install to measure and mark where the deck would meet the concrete pool decking. The new Deckscape composite decking would be the final phase of our backyard project. Mick and his team of professionals did a fabulous job and we would highly recommend them.

Deckscapes upgraded our existing (and aged) screened in porch to include Eze Breeze windows. They painted and made it look brand new. It is our favorite place to be. Additionally, they built a deck extending out from our porch. Chip in sales was fantastic to work with and helped us maximize our limited budget. Overall, Deckscapes is great to work with and does quality work for a good price point. I highly recommend them.

We had Deckscapes build a 12x22' deck. The quoting process was timely and competitive allowing us to stay within our budget. Mick and his team did a beautiful job and were very professional. The quality of their work is top-notch and what we appreciate most is how they stand behind their work. We had a few boards warp, and they came back immediately and replaced the boards. You don't often find a company that is so easy to work with and takes such pride in their craftsmanship. Highly recommend this group!

Deckscapes did our deck expansion a few years ago to accommodate a hot tub. They were a pleasure to work with then, very professional. We even had a modification and they were so accommodating. Having had that experience, we wanted another deck expansion and asked for their expertise and were not disappointed. Their work was quick - and exactly what we wanted. We would definitely go back to Deckscapes for any further needs.
