This company is unusual - they really do put the customer first. They have worked for us for since 2013, most recently in Jan 2018. Initially they installed a complete AV system throughout our home. They have since modified the system to accommodate new smart TVs. The service from booking to billing is impeccable. They always respond to calls promptly. They arrive on time, they work quickly and tidily and there have never been any surprise invoices. They are technically well informed and always explain issues clearly. Finally, they are incredibly polite. I recommended them to our managing agent and they are now a favoured supplier.
