DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen has been a full service interior residential remodeling company since 1991. We guide you through the entire process; from initial design and planning, to formulating an appropriate budget, product selections and complete installation. We are a privately owned and operated franchise business founded on a code of values. Our mission is to provide you with a first class remodeling experience to enhance your life with respect for your privacy and security and to create a customer for life. Glen Borkowski, owner and president has over 30 years of experience in providing quality products with absolute integrity and superior customer service. Glen has earned the CGR (Certified Graduate Remodelor) certification. This is the highest designation in the remodeling industry. It requires the completion of a course of study to learn best practices in home renovation as well as business acumen. Additionally he is required to pursue continuing education coursework. He is also a Certified-Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS). This training includes learning to assess, recommend and install certain modifications to the home environment that will allow a client with impairments or mobility issues to remain independent in his or her own home with safety and convenience. We maintain a design center where our customers can select many of the materials for their remodeling project. The work in your home is completed by our employees as well as sub-contractors that we have been trade partners with for as long as 20 years. We are very active in our local Chamber of Commerce and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Glen has continued to offer community outreach services by presenting seminars at local libraries on such topics as “How the Smart Consumer Selects a Remodeling Contractor” and “Creating a Safe and Independent Home Environment for the Golden Years”. We provide you with an exhaustive list of references and pride ourselves on the fact that more than 50% of our clients are repeat customers. We offer a number of different financing options and would be happy to talk to you about your plans for home improvement. This is the second time we have used DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen for our remodeling projects. That in itself is a strong endorsement. Most recently we had DreamMaker handle our kitchen remodeling. There are two aspects of using DreamMaker that are most impressive: The planning and the quality of workmanship. Glen works with you before anything is decided to come up with ideas and suggestions, and he doesn't make this part of the process a rush job. He let's you take your time (if needed) and think about what you want or don't want. Once decisions are made, work moves forward, and in our case it was quick. The work was done efficiently and of a high quality. The follow up is also very good. Instead of following up with you after one day. Glen lets you experience the remodeling for a week or so to see if there are any issues that have come up over time. In our case, there were some very minor issues which were more like clarifications from the manufacturers. That's the great thing about DreamMakers and Glen. If there are any issues whatsoever they are the ones that handle it, you just need to contact one person for anything. As you can surmise, I highly recommend Glen and his crew at DreamMaker.

DreamMaker Bed and Kitchen is exceptional in their professionalism and quality of work. The kitchen was remodeled in January 2018 over a period of 5 weeks. There were multiple conferences prior to the beginning so that all my concerns/questions were addressed prior to project so there were no surprises. Telephone calls were always returned promptly. The work schedule was disclosed so that I could make plans. During the remodeling there was virtually no dust even though the walls were demolished because of the "tent" and the use of strong fans and hepa filter...it was incredible. Workmanship and the attention to detail was superior. There was thorough cleanup every day. At times when decisions were uncertain Glen gave good recommendations. He has vast experience/knowledge in remodeling.....if there were more stars they too would be green!

we just finished our third remodel with Glen and DreamMakers of Orland Park this past fall. My husband and i hired Glen back in 1998 to gt and remodel our main bathroom. Then in 2002 we wanted to remodel the basement and add a master bathroom suite four young teenage daughters. When it came time for the kitchen, which was in dire need of an update (we've been here 29 yrs, the house was built in the late 1950's) we knew immediately who to call. We have always had top quality craftsmanship. It was always a pleasure working with Glen and his crew, they were always courteous, polite and considerate of our needs. We were confident of the plumbing and electrical work fro oir other two projects. Glen's showroom made the selection process a breeze. From countertops to cabinets, fixtures to hardware, he had it all. We just finished the remodel of our kitchen in October. We are so proud. Thank you, Glrn

Glen came to my house, discussed what I was looking to do and drew a sketch of my bathroom. At our meeting at the office, Glen showed me different products and materials as well as thoroughly going through the contract detailing every aspect of what my job would entail and all of the choices of product I made. It was clear from the beginning that Glen has worked on a lot of remodeling projects and he was extremely professional, helpful, courteous and polite. If he or I had a question or comment, neither one of us was shy about contacting the other - the same with Tom - we were in touch with each other if there was even the slightest question. The budget remained intact, except for a couple of items, and I could not be happier with the outcome of my new bathroom. There is nothing that I would have done differently!

We had our shower totally redone with the addition of a folding seat, new tiling, etc. The workers were super friendly, neat, knowledgeable, and helpful with any questions/concerns we presented. Awesome experience and definitely would recommend this company to our family/friends.

We had a very positive experience with DreamMaker. Our project included a complete renovation of a relatively large Master Bathroom including a tile shower rebuild, new floor tiles, vanities, mirrors and lights. The overall quality was very good, the project timing was right on schedule and the project came in right on the contracted price with no add on costs. DreamMaker personnel and all of their subcontrators were a pleasure to work with and were very sensitive to minimizing the construction mess and containing it within established boundaries. Overall, I would highy recommend DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen.

We hired DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen to remodel our 30+ year old kitchen. The scope of the project not only included replacing cabinets and countertops, but also removing and blocking off a seldom-used stairwell and closing off an opening in a wall. The owner, Glen Borkowski, did an excellent job guiding us through the planning process all the way to completion. Glen's design plan and the completed kitchen exceeded our expectations and was completed on budget and on time. He was able to incorporate all of the items on our wish list into the new kitchen, and his design and the quality of the construction and materials gave us a high-end looking kitchen we never could have imagined. Glen and his workers were always pleasant, respectful, timely, and performed high-quality construction. Glen is honest, trustworthy, easy to work with, and his highest priority is to satisfy the customer. This kitchen project is the third remodeling project that Glen has completed for us, and we wouldn't hesitate to hire DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Orland Park again for future projects.

My wife and I employed DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in the rebuilding of the master bathroom to accommodate my wife being able to roll her wheelchair into the shower area. We initially met Glen Borkowski at the shop to discuss our issues. Later, he came to the house to get measurements and discuss options. Glen gave up us the option of a partial rebuilding or an entire rebuilding. We went with the entire rebuilding and are extremely pleased with the final outcome. Glen kept us aware of all the steps involved and kept to a tight schedule. We always knew who was coming to the house (Glen, the plumber, the tiler) and when. All the floors to the bathroom were protected, and the workers cleaned up after themselves daily. My wife and I were very happy with the whole process. We have been and will be recommending DreamMaker to anyone needing bath or kitchen remodeling.
