Turned out they were taking offers in three days, so we had to move quickly! Elsa quickly set up a report with the listing agent and got good insights into what would make the offer compelling. Then we discovered there was an offer coming in early, and we wanted to get in early as well! On super short notice Elsa crafted a strong offer. There was some back and forth with the sellers during which Elsa gave us excellent advice which put is in a good position of leverage. In the end we got the sale at a price we were really happy with (saved us at least $20k). Elsa was a rock star! She really is what allowed our bid to win out and for us to get our dream home. Elsa was with us in every step of the way during this process and helped explain terms of offer, the closing, the signing, mortgage/loan and finally getting the keys.
