I have worked with Urbania on severals projects for over a year now and the quality of their products is always the best! I find the color very different, the quality is over the top and respond above and beyond the customers needs. I really enjoyed working with Urbania, the prices are very low compare to the similar product on the market and customer service for distributor and for clients are really really effective and professional! I'm an urbania fan!

I own a newer home in a mature downtown community. My spouse and I wanted to get rid of the former owner's flooring choices. It was time to modernize and update our home. We went looking for a floor that would become the foundation of our design scheme, being both modern and timeless coupled with a necessary durability to withstand children. The Urbania floor we found and subsequently choose had the elements of modernity we wanted; a rich grey tone without knots, plus the appeal of a natural wood grain. We really liked the lengths and widths of the flooring; almost all boards being 6’ long and 7.5" wide, which our installer told us was much longer and wider than normal. The final result is exquisite. We all love our floor and look forward to many years of enjoyment.

I was hesitant at first to purchase the Platinum Grey Natural Oil finish but after installation I realized I made a wise choice the floor looks amazing. The 7.5 inch boards are unique and have given my home a lot of character. The installer you provided was meticulous and made me feel the job would be done right and I would enjoy my new floor for years to come. Your warehouse and sales staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I will be sure to spread the word where I purchased my floor when people come to my home.

I own and operate a wood flooring installation company; Paradigm Flooring. We service the greater Toronto region, we install solid and engineered wood flooring for both Multi-Family and Single Family new construction, we also do a significant business with homeowners doing renovations. I have used the Urbania wide plank flooring on many jobs over 3 years, the product quality is very good, I’ve had no call backs for de-lamination, gapping or finish issues. Most importantly, my customers are always very happy with the look of their new floor. I like the Urbania Sublime line, the ¾” thickness lines up with the thicker large tiles most high end homeowners choose, additionally the very high percentage of full length boards (6’) in the box makes our job much easier. If your looking for a high quality wide plank engineered wood floor, I would recommend you consider the Urbania line.

Contemporary look with a homey feel. The floors are beautiful!! I get compliments from everyone who walks in. I have 2 dogs and 4 children and they look like new. The color is fabulous, it doesn't show a thing.
