Stay away from this company. Charged us double the price and never returned our call when we complained about it. Was really a rip off.

i have been a customer of Energywise for almost 30 years. i hve gotton good service and great advice on problems with my HVAC system Recently i purchased a Gas hot water heater. Greg and his technicins made sure i got a unit that filled my needs. i am totally satisfied with the service price and performance of Energywise

We had to have HVAC unit replaced due to the age of the system. They were able to get the system replace in a timely manner since we were operating without any heat. The service was excellent.

I've been a customer of Energywise for over30 years. Their technicians are well trained, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. I maintain a service contract and have semi-annual maintenance done on my two heating and air conditioning furnace units.

Energywise did a great job installing a new air conditioning system and gas furnace. The men were neat, polite and got the job done. the system works great! I would recommend them to a friend for sure.

We had water damage from the unit in our attic. We had a service contract and called them to come out, twice. Both times we were told that it wasn't from the unit. When we had the unit serviced the technician told us it was from the unit. The water damage got worse and we wanted the company to paint the ceiling. We waited and waited and it was never scheduled. Finally I had it done myself by our painter and waited more than a few months to have the fee reimbursed. It was difficult dealing with them over the phone so I moved to email in an effort to document how long the process took. Several emails over several weeks/months... It was frustrating and could have been completely avoided it the technicians were skilled in the first place. We will not be renewing our contract with them.

Energywise installed a new high efficiency gas boiler & indirect hot water heater in September 2010. Installation was performed on time & professionally. The recommended boiler is very efficient & has reduced our costs significantly. The company's installers & technicians are knowledgeable, courteous & very professional. We have an annual service contract with them also. They have been prompt with their service anytime we need them. We would highly recommend Energywise be consulted for any project being considered.

After having had a terrible experience with another company, I was lucky to have found Energywise based on reviews that I had found online. When the gas hot water heater needed replacement, they gave us an estimate and did an excellent job. The men arrived on time, did a very neat installation, including bringing some items up to current codes, and cleaned up after themselves. Since that major job, we have had an ongoing annual service contract for our gas water heater and gas boiler heating systems. This past winter there was a problem with one of the thermostats. Response time was great. The service man arrived on time, was very polite, and knowledgeable. He had the system up and running perfectly in no time flat. With an elderly person living in our house, timely response, especially in the winter, was critical. I confidently recommend Energywise as an outstanding company with highly professional and caring service people and very helpful office staff. Highly Recommended.

Energywise installed our central AC system about 12 years ago and we have had a service contract with them since that time. The initial installation occurred with no problems, and they have been very responsive any time we have needed maintenance on the system. They also handled a warranty replacement of the condenser unit professionally. I would recommend them.

I had a problem with my boiler as the heat was not working and four other companies came to my house to try and fix it and replaced parts but still didn't work. They kept telling me lies and ultimately I called Energywise and they listened to my story before coming out. The owner researched the problem and called me back the next day and sent a service man over who found the problem in a short period of time. Ordered the parts which came in a couple days and fixed the boiler. I haven't had a problem since. I would highly recommend them and I don't do this unless it's the real deal.
