In the Invermere and area it is most difficult to find a contractor that will provide a reasonable estimate when undertaking a complete house renovation inside and outside. We found a such contractor Justen Foster of Everbuilt Developments. We contacted a couple of Justen's prior customers and Justen received excellant reviews. During the renovation work we found Justen to be fair and honest in all aspects of his work and in the hiring and control of the of sub trades. Excellent work quality, knowledge and professionalism.

Justen and his crew completed the ICF foundation for my new home in BC. He was a man of his word all the way through. The quote was accurate, but not as accurate as the foundation! It was sensational! My builder and general contractor, both highly experienced, thought he and his crew did an amazing job and worked quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Very professional, friendly crew. This project was to replace rotten deck components in multiple occupied units in a complex. As such, there were many unknowns that the guys dealt with as they found them. They kept me informed of their progress, and called me when there were unexpected problems that could affect the budget targets.

We hired this company to complete the development of our basement. They took it from the framing stage to completion. The project included 3 bedrooms, a living room, storage room, finishing of a partially installed bathroom, and an entertainment area with custom cabinetry / bench work. We are very satisfied with the result. The basement is of high quality and is very functional for our family's needs. Justen and his suppliers were respectful of our property, completed work on a timely basis, paid close attention to details and were responsive to our requests. The suggestions they made along the way were helpful and served to improve the final result. Overall we would recommend this company for your residential construction needs.

Our house is 12 years old and the deck was looking a little shabby so we were looking at options. Justen had replaced the deck at the Station Pub so we looked at that. It looked good so we looked Justen up to have him take a look. Problems we had that were in addition to replacing the deck were that the original deck was not built to code (pointed out by Justen), it was sagging in some areas and parts of the outside walls were built over the deck and it was difficult to disconnect the deck from the house. Justen and his helpers solved all the problems and did a very professional job. As issues came up, they explained the problem, offered solutions and everything worked out well. If there were any negatives, one was the cost but that was largely due to the material cost and we had choices in that regard. The other was the time it took which was almost 4 weeks. That was partly caused by the guys all being young family men with those obligations and was not a problem for us. All in all, we are happy with the deck and the experience and have no problem in recommending Justen.

Justen did a full renovation if our cabin in Invermere, BC. It included a complete redo of 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, a kitchen and livingroom inside and a new roof and wrap-around deck outside. Justen was very easy to work with, very professional and his estimates were accurate. The workmanship was excellent and he was super easy to reach when we had any changes etc. He wasn't satisfied until all the details were finished to our liking. I would recommend Justen to anyone who wants a project done right and on time.

We found Justin was helpful from start to finish, very willing to listen to what we thought we wanted, giving us good suggestions and ideas, was prompt and professional. He gave us a clear and accurate estimate , did the work very well, and made sure we were happy with the end product before he took fnal payment. We would certainly hire him again.

We hired Justen of Everbuilt Developments to do a complete renovation of our main bathroom and to re-do our large outdoor deck - from the coating on the deck to new railings and stairs. Justen did an excellent job recommending supplier companies, assisting us with selecting materials and completing the work. We live out of country so Justen kept us up-to-date on the progress with photos and email. Finding the "Right" Construction Company for a project can be challenging and stressful! When we planned our building project, we sought three (3) separate estimates. Over the next several weeks, he proved our decision was the right one by planning, organizing, implementing, and completing the project, not only on time and on budget, but with a high standard of quality, exceptional attention to detail, and with honesty and integrity. Throughout the project, he regularly communicated with us, to make sure our needs were being met and to inform us of his progress. From the development of the plan to finishing touches, he demonstrated a complete knowledge of construction techniques, building products, and building regulations. He had a great relationship with sub-contractors and government officials. Once the project was complete, he assured us that we could contact him at any time if there were any issues, which there were not; and then, made the effort to check with us at a later date to ensure we were still satisfied with the results.
