We have used fashion glass and mirror in the past to install a mirror and were very happy. However we recently had them install a shower door in a bathroom remodel and were very dissatisfied. I took a day off of work and they came to install it and did not have the right parts with them so we had to schedule for another day. Then next time they came back they had a scratch on the door so they had to come back another day to bring another door. After everything was installed we noticed that silicone was globbed on and looked messy. There was also not enough metal to extend to the bottom so they just put a whole bunch of silicone to close up the bottom. We called to have them come back and fix it and they did put a new piece of metal in to extend all the way to the ground and cleaned up the silicone, however it still doesn't look the greatest (especially for being a new install) or like something they would display in their show room, which is very disappointing after all the hard work we have done in our bathroom remodel to make it look nice. We don't think we will use this company again and would not recommend them.

We are a repeat customer of Fashion Glass and Mirror, but after the experience with trying to get a mirror installed - we will not use again! We had them out to measure in May and also paid for the mirror at that time. It is not July and the mirror has not been installed and we have been unable to get someone on the phone to schedule. Every time we call, we are passed off to someone else without any resolve.

We understand your frustration. Since this review was posted our folks have talked with you and payment for the mirror has now been made and an install date set. While we don't like to hear that our customers are passed off with no resolve, there may also be misunderstandings that happen. Please consider that whether it is a misunderstanding with FGM or a customer we take our reviews very seriously and work to resolve any issue so that it does not damage our reputation. We apologize that you were upset enough to write this review. We want you to enjoy your mirror for years to come!

If you like having your time wasted, then this is the vendor for you. For two months I have had an utter lack of service, misinformation and general ineptitude. Unfortunately there is no other supplier in the Dallas area for the replacement glass door that I need so I am forced to used Fashion Glass & Mirror. If you have a choice for another glass company, I highly recommend you use anyone but Fashion Glass & Mirror!
